There is only one dining area with very little option on the menu. The wifi in the pool area was really weak. If you need to go out to dine the locations were far off. Delivery take out food was about a 40-45 min ride.

This resort is definitely a must. The cleanliness of our room and property was excellent, the basic supplies we needed was provided. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative was the weather no fault of the Grove resort of course, but it rained alot this week so access to the pool and waterpark was sporadic. Would definitely recommend. 👌

There were multiple water leaks in the buildings and it smelt like mold. Our room had broken cookware and no hand soap, conditioner, shampoo, or body wash. The containers that did have very little had broken pumps.

On day one we were put in a room with the ac not working ! Temperatures getting up too 83 degrees in our room . Maintenance came to fix it but it didn’t work. They gave us a new room the next day. We were put in area that black mold was on the ceiling and walls in the wall way and smelling really bad in our hallway. Having a son allergic to mold broke out with a rash. I have asthma and couldn’t handle it. Our new room had no toilet paper . We were very disappointed! The staff at the resort was very professional and nice. We spent most of our stay away from the resort because of the mold issue near our room.

When they gave me the suite, it hadn’t been fully cleaned. The floors had trash and the carpet needed cleaning. They did it while we were settling. There was no coffee. I tried to call front desk many times and was never answered. The communication between staff is lacking, and the overall experience as well. Don’t expect to have that much fun if you’re not willing to spend money on top of the resort fees as everything except the pool, gym and waterpark is extra.

Well I reserved a week stay weeks in advance. Flew in with irritable wife and 3 kids from layovers I got in to the resort real late only to find out the place was SOLD OUT NO ROOMS. In florida 33 miles from airport. Total insanity. Who woulda thought they rented our room out lol? RESERVED ROOM!!

Generally a nice place, a bit out of the way and the room smelled/didn't have enough towels for the 6 of us and wasn't super clean but the kid enjoyed it and the water park. The elevators are slow and overloaded so a low floor is a treat, besides parking.

I can only enjoy the water park briefly because check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. The water park is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

We had a few issues with our stay and they were never resolved. Our room had a smoke smell and I reported it twice. They would say we will send someone and no one ever showed up. We got stuck in an elevator. When I reported it, the staff was not quick to resolve the issue. Much to my surprise, the water park closed at 6:00. The pool area was not staffed and it is not well kept. The pool tables and chairs are in poor shape. It is easy to get lost- it is confusing to get from one place to another. I will not be staying here again.

This was overall disappointing as I was excited to take my family to Orlando, where I was raised and went to college. The hotel was awful. Pool/water over crowded with cloudy water. Pubic hair on toilets in room. Extremely loud at night, not a place I would ever take my child again. No secure entry to access elevators or room wings. Halls were repulsive with trash, open electrical outlets, and stained carpets.

The place of resort was good but the service in resort was bad or vary bad i got room not ready Drain of shower clogged Drain of sink clogged Light bulb one burn Table light most of the not connected Washer machine has mold The pillow was bad 👎 not for hotel looks like only one layer The room has problems with door look the repair it but still not wirking 2 day i am with out key i have to call front desk to send some one to let me go in my room The phone not working Last day i try to check out the put one rode guy out side take the key was rode Unfortunately the destroyed my vacation

Another great stay at the Groves!
Second year in a row. We love the spacious rooms and screened in balcony. Kids love the pools, water park and arcade. Not a lot of food options on property but close to a ton of restaurants and many of the theme parks. We will be back!

I like that I had fun with my family and but I didn’t like the fact that our bedsheets were stained with blood and other stained, and that our family room TV remote control battery didn’t work so we won’t able to use it. I also didn’t like that our bathroom was not cleaned properly the shower wall in the big bathroom was dirty like nobody cleaned it for a while. My room windows were all dirty even the sliding doors which I didn’t like because I really liked to look out the window and take pictures. But I did like my stay there beyond this thing’s.
