I truly Can’t say enough about this resort. Was very pleasant and accommodating My daughter (10) loved it an all the 14 pools lol. Water Park was amazingly fun and all the activities was super cool. Staff were friendly, and they made transporting so easy ! My family and I will be back. The villa was so beautiful and spacious.

I was disappointed that when I made a reservation online, no where on the website states that the water park they advertise on here is not included with the reservation. The water park is only free if you are a timeshare owner or “loyalty” member. Other than that you would have to pay $25/person for each day.
