After a morning at the beach, wash off under the outdoor rainfall shower, relax on the deck in lounge chairs, or enjoy lunch at the patio table under the sun umbrella. Plan your summer favorites cooked up on the Weber grill or a lobster dinner cooked in your own lobster pot. End a perfect summer day with an ice cream specialty from the nearby ice cream parlor. Fine dining, casual seafood dinners, summer entertainment, art galleries, jewelry artisans, and a wide array of shopping are all close by in Orleans.

Whenever you visit, you'll enjoy having breakfast in the sunny family dining room at the oak table that easily seats everyone, or at the glass patio table on the outdoor deck. If you decide to eat in, the sparkly clean kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and complete cookware and tableware. There's a blender and barware to make cocktails on the deck before dinner. Enjoy a spacious tiled bath with a full tub and a rainfall shower. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a large closet for all your clothes and equipment, and a bedside LED alarm clock with USB charge ports. For your convenience, a washer/dryer is provided as well as electric heat for spring and fall. Off-road parking accommodates 2-3 cars, and there is room to stow your water/sports equipment or bicycles in the yard or on the deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
