There was water on the floor of the kitchen. I was expecting a small beach town, but it was shocking, it was a small Disney town. I won't go again.

Great base for Benicassim festival
Great apartment, which had a second en-suite bathroom we weren't expecting which was a nice bonus! Really close to the beach and each block has it's own pool which was nice. The complex isn't really geared towards British tourists, but the reception staff spoke English and it was a great base for the festival at Benicassim. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the festival.

Apartamento deteriorado. Sábanas muy viejas, incluso rotas. Camas sin cubrecolchón ni cubrealmohadas. El agua caliente no funcionaba correctamente. No era un apartamento con vistas al mar. Largas colas en la recepción de los apartamentos por falta de personal El ambiente tranquilo y familiar, apropiado para familias con niños.

Muy bien situado pero falto de menaje y limpieza m
Es un apto medio. Estupendamente situado, en 1a línea de playa y con acceso directo a ésta. Tiene una terraza amplia y con unas vistas maravillosas al mar. Lo peor la limpieza y la escasez de menaje. Estos aspectos, facilmente subsanables, ensucian la cslidad del resto de servicios. La piscina y el edificio son más que aceptables. La relación calidad precio es buena.

Es un problema que haya grupos de jóvenes que van a desfasar, a determinadas horas no se podía estar en la piscina. No es compatible el turismo familiar con niños, si cerca tienes a jóvenes que van de fiesta y poco les importa lo que les digan las personas de seguridad de los apartamentos

El mantenimiento del apartamento, dejaba mucho que desear. El aire acondicionado goteaba agua, faltaban tenedores en la cocina, el desague del lavabo de la cocina estaba roto, la lavadora perdía agua con cada lavado de ropa. En la recepción del apartamento no nos han atendido como corresponde, tuvimos que recordarles 3 veces que monten la cuna del niño, se olvidaron de darnos acceso a la piscina, no nos dieron la llave de la urbanización hasta la segunda vez que fuimos.

Fantásticas minivacaciones!
Conseguimos una excelente oferta a través de Hoteles.com y hemos estado en un apartamento en 1ª línea de playa, con 2 habitaciones, y 2 baños, uno de ellos con bañera de hidromasaje, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora,.. y terraza con vistas a la playa. Nos ha encantado la experiencia aunque creemos que en verano es posible que esté demasiado masificado.

Apartamento con poco mantenimiento pero muy bien posicionado. Sorprendente los empleados de Ciudad de vacaciones, pues todos ponen verde a aquel emplazamiento y a la empresa sin pedirles opinión. Perderán clientes si esta postura empleado/empresa no mejora. He tenido sensación de todo vale. No creo que vuelva pues esas malas sensaciones no van conmigo. Yo me debo a mi empresa y si un día esto cambia mé marchare pero nunca tiraría piedras sobre ese tejado.

Muy espacioso,el único inconveniente es que la playa de enfrente tiene piedras y hay que ir a la que está al lado

apartamento en primera linea de playa,pero la playa es malisima,se nota q es artificial,hay cesped entre el apartamento y la playa,pero alli tampoco se estaba bien,estaban pintando un carril bici,y las maquinas hacian un ruido infernal.El apartamento estaba bien,solo estuvimos una noche,los baños lo q peor estaban.La bañera hidromasaje no se puede usar,salio gran cantidad de porqueria por los chorros,mejor no especifico lo q salio.El otro baño tenia ducha,era pequeña y salia muy poca agua. Los utensilios de la cocina no los usamos,pero la limpieza tampoco era muy fina
