Book at the OTHER Rome Airport Hilton
Difficult to get to this Rome airport Hilton. We ended up at the Rome airport Hilton within walking distance of the airport; they had to call us a car to get to the correct one. It was a 5 minute drive but the guy charged us 50 Euro, yikes. The hotel itself had a SUPER friendly front staff. The property was old, smelly, and kind of had an ick factor in the room itself.

Liked the area, room, and transportation with the shuttles. The staff I first met was unprofessional but for the quick intervention of another staff when I returned a second time to talk to a more receptive one. Met the said staff 3 times more on 3 difrrent days and she is still not courteous. Not a very positive thing for me as a first time visitor that spent almost a week there.

Both lights on either side of beds were hanging down, the pole light in corner could not be turned off, had to unplug it, hand towel in bathroom had a hole in it, beds were extremely small, magnetic key to get into door had to be swiped numerous times before it would unlock, floor sounded like we were walking on cardboard, only one phone charging port had to pay 55 Euros to check in early for a room that was already cleaned.

We had an early flight from Rome to the US so we decided to spend the night here to be able to get to the airport with no issues. The shuttle is easy. You just stand outside and it comes every 15-20 minutes. The property is clean and efficient. Itā€™s not fancy but we didnā€™t need it to be. I was traveling with my husband and two boys so we appreciated being able to stay in a family suite. The room was clean, the sheets were clean and smooth, the beds were comfortable.

Great option when you only have overnight
Good hotel with free shuttle to and from the airport running every 15 minutes. Hotel is clean, quiet and restaurants are reasonably priced with decent meals. Staff are really engaging and helpful at every level. Had a great sleep and really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Excellent hotel for a quick airport overnight stop. Shuttle to and from airport every 15 minutes 24/7. Restaurant was good. Surrounding area not really walkable. Room was clean and ready for our early arrival.
