The staff were very kind and helpful, the property was very nice and up to date. The bed was soft, compared to the other 4 hotels we stayed in Italy this trip, the best bed! The market is down the street and amazing dining blocks away and all walkable. The food was plentiful and excellent quality.

Hallways are due for a upgrade carpets in hallways have huge stains and carpet is letting loose at the seams the rooms were clean but old bathrooms need upgrade .matttess was springy and lumpy.

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn between two tours, we were delighted to find laundry facilities for their guests. Add the free airport shuttle and it was a perfect place to make an overnight stop.

Not up to Hilton Garden Inn standard. Very sterile and cold, property not well maintained. Front desk dirty. Torn carpet behind desk Locks on doors were extremely difficult to use and work. Food was below average in preparation and menu choice. I would never stay there again

Perfect place to stay before your flight.
Stayed the night before our flight out of FCO airport. Shuttle was great. Runs continuously and takes you where you need to go. Food in the restaurant was also good. It is the only place to eat in the area so I was grateful.

A great hotel with friendly and professional staff. Very clean. Amenities in the bathroom was appreciated. Having transportation to the airport was excellent! Temporarily leaving our luggage before check-in was a wonderful asset. This is a very good hotel.

Extremely close to the airport, 24-hour shuttle
There is a 24-hour shuttle to the airport, every 15 minutes. It's very close to the Fiumicino airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was run-of-the-mill but value for the money.

This was a wonderful one night stopover before starting our international travel the next day. Victoria at check in was wonderful. She was able to get us 2 rooms next to each other and early check in. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant- friendly servers. Airport shuttle was wonderful and offered frequent departure times.

Convenient if you have an early morning flight - very old torn dirty carpets, door trimmings in the bathroom rotted due to water damage - it was clean We were given a room that was already occupied we accessed the room released and returned to the check in desk where the staff member had to accompany us back to check herself to ensure we were not mistaken we were then issued a new room The readers cards do not work properly whilst checking in approx 4 people Came to say they could not access their room As the cards didn’t work Dinner in the restaurant isn’t the best
