Flotte omgivelser og dejlig natur 👍 Hotellet er ikke anbefalelsesværdigt, dårlig service, beskidt værelse, beskidt sengelinned, bruser defekt, begrænset varmt vand, beskidte duge i restauranten og maden sejlede i fritureolie. Vi bestilte schnitzel med pommes frites og det smagte af friturestegt fisk 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Hyggeligt lille hotel ude på landet. God mad og sødt og servicemindet personale. Vi var i bil og ville en anden vej hjem fra Berlin end den direkte. Der var flere cykelturister og tror det ville være et supersted at være på cykelferie.

Wir hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht. Das hat alles geklappt. In den Zimmern wirklich viel Staub. Sehr enttäuschend war, dass wir ein 3-Bettzimmer gebucht haben, aber nur mit 2 Personen belegt hatten. Beim Frühstück mussten wir aber fuer 3 Personen zahlen. Wo ist die Logik? Alles in allem okay, aber nicht empfehlenswert.

Jeg havde 3 over natninger på Landhotel Zum Kranich,Der var en lille stue,sove rum og bad og toilet.Hotelet ligger ude på landet,med skov,strand enge med græsene køer,kommer man i august/september er der mulighed for at se sort sol.Der er 12 km til Stralsund på cykel. Olebo

Mangel an Service und Freundlichkeit
Wir wollten 14.45 Uhr etwas essen dann wurde uns gesagt, das man 15 - 17 Uhr Pause mache, bei der Frage aber es ist erst 14.45 Uhr, sagte man, nein es gibts nix mehr. Da das das einzige Lokal ist wo es etwas zu essen gab und wir ohne Auto angereist waren, wir zwei kleine Kinder dabei hatten und keinerlei Schild zur Pause an der Tür hängt. Service finde ich das auf keinen Fall.

Schöne Fewo in schöner Natur
Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung selber war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Elektroheizung muss auf Funktionsfähigkeit überprüft werden, da sie bei Außentemperaturen von 0° schon funktionieren sollte. Ein Stromausfall setzte alle Elektrogeräte außer Kraft. Man sollte auch über Notstromaggregat nachdenken für solche Fälle. Im dazugehörigen Restaurant sollte man zuerst die Hotelgäste bewiten und die Bestellungen aus dem Ort entweder abschaffen oder im Anschluss bearbeiten um die langen Wartezeiten beim Abendessen abzuschaffen. Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig mehr Vielfalt bieten z.B. Rührei, frisches Gemüse und Obst.
