Amazing Hotel & Fantastic Stay
Fantastic Experience of such a beautiful hotel! Excellent food, really good accommodation with a memory foam mattress! Architecture is astounding, staff are very friendly and can’t believe it’s only a 3 star hotel! I would give it a 4 star plus and will definitely return every year! It’s a gem in a bucket of rocks!😁

Wonderful.hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast excellent, would only comment that on first day as im unable to drink tea or coffee i asked for a hot chocolate, it was told no probelem , lovely ,but next day i was told id be charged as the bar needed to be opened to do it. I declined as I dont feel that was fair to be charged. No charge was made for the first one just feel.it should be an option. Id recommend anyone to stay here great value ,hope it doesnt change its a real gem we will do our best to return as wonderful value all round x

Second visit to this lovely sea front hotel. Had a nice dip in the outdoor pool. Great view from room across the bay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very comfortable old style hotel which has a great character. Free car parking. Good breakfast and excellent value.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed on a warm day and the room could have done with having a fan. The breakfast was good however on arrival to the breakfast room most of the juice bottles were empty, and a number of condiments and preserves were limited and not refilled. The female toilet in the breakfast room is tired and looking at especially the toilet not having a working lock. The pool and spa area were excellent 👍

I didnt realise when booking that a budget room was a very tiny double. So spending 2 weeks and unable to unpack all my things was quite disappointing. I thought the reception staff and manager was quite abrupt and unfriendly. But appart from that the hotel was fantastic, the facilities of indoor pool , steam room anf jacuzzi are fantastic. We got use of the outdoor pool luckily as its o ly open in August but it was always clean and heated.. the breakfast staff are amazing our waiter isaac was a pleasure every morning and the breakfasts are wonderful.id definitely stay again. But to make shure to book a standard double room next time. But overall a beautiful quirky hotel.

The hotel rooms are sadly a little dated as are the bathrooms, which do suffer from low water pressure which makes showering difficult but where the hotel wis hands down is breakfast. The have a huge selection and it’s a mix of self and table service. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed several times, it’s convenient for us and is located right on the sea front. We’ve never had chance to try out the gym or indoor outdoor pools but you can see that when it was built it must have been spectacular. They do have plans for refurbishment and a fairly large budget to achieve this, I can’t wait to see what the do, hopefully air conditioning, bathroom upgrades and improvements to to the water pressure. Still my wife and I enjoyed our stay, we keep going back. We visited time before last in Jan 24 when they opened the hotel for just us two, they had no other guests after the Christmas week shut down, now that’s customer service and putting your guests first. First class, thank you.

Enjoyable weekend trip
Lovely stay at Redcliffe. All staff were very attentive and willing to help. Breakfast daily was lovely with cooked and continental options. Ate the 3 course evening meal which was great value and tasty. Would stay again.

The see views were fantastic due to its excellent location. The property had many unique features which sets it aside from your usual hotel. The rooms are very generous in size and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent quality and freshly cooked. There was plenty of choices for different diets.Parking was plentiful within its grounds and the function rooms were very grande. We would definitely stay again.
