Contemporary house (50 m²) quietly located in a new residence near another gîte, tarmac parking space and electric gate. You will appreciate the location of the gîte for its tranquility and its proximity to the town center 400m (and the port) hiking trails 1km (GR 34).

On the ground floor: 1 fully equipped and fitted kitchen that can accommodate 6 guests, 1 living room with 160 cm sofa bed, 1 shower room with Italian shower, 1 separate toilet and washing machine.

Upstairs 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.

You can enjoy a covered outdoor terrace of 30 m2.

Your beds will be made on your arrival and we will supply towels and tea towels for your week.

Séjour à Paimpol
La location est très propre et très bien entretenue. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de découvrir une véranda bien utile. La location est située dans un endroit très calme et en même temps très proche du centre ville. L'accueil des propriétaires est convivial, basé sur de la confiance réciproque. C'est une adresse que nous retenons pour un prochain séjour sur Paimpol.

J’ai apprécié la prévenance de Liliane qui en m’appelant directement après ma confirmation m’a confortée dans le bon choix du logement. Mitten in Paimpol, trotzdem ruhig
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse wenige Gehminuten von Hafen und Innenstadt. Gelände und Wohnung sind neu und liebevoll gestaltet. Frau Labarre ist sehr nett! Zur Begrüßung gab es lecker selbstgemachten Cidre und Crepes.

Gîte très agréable !
Gîte très agréable et bien fonctionnel pour une famille avec 2 enfants (machine à laver, four, chaise haute). Les 2 vrais plus de cette location : 1) la terrasse ombragée, ce qui permet de manger dehors même en cas de petites averses 2) la situation géographique : port et centre ville en 5 min à pieds et la plage et jeux pour enfants accessible en 10 min de vélo. Commerces à proximité du gîte (2min à pieds) : boulangerie, producteurs locaux, caviste, etc. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte. Liliane nous a très bien accueillis et nous a donnés plein de bons conseils pour la suite du séjour.

Les vacances, c'est à Paimpol
Nous avons trouvé une location très fonctionnelle dans laquelle rien ne manquait (à part peut-être un aiguisoir pour les couteaux!). Mme Labarre nous a accueillis très gentiment malgré notre retard, nous a montré le petit chemin menant directement au centre-ville et au port et son ami a, lui-même, été fort bienveillant. Bien que très proche du centre, cette location s'est avérée très tranquille, aucun bruit ne provenant des voisins ou de la route. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour les vacanciers qui souhaitent ne pas utiliser leur voiture en permanence. Merci encore à Mme Labarre et à un éventuel prochain passage à Paimpol!!!
