Came off a flight from Tenerife to a freezing room . Air con not working in room . Had a small Oil filled radiator to plug in which was not adequate to heat the room . Had to go to reception to request another one which the receptionist kindly brung up as it was near midnight and didn’t want to move room Rooms with the heating not working should not be sold to guests as they are not fit for purpose. No heating in the bathroom either . Ended up getting the cold. I was told by the receptionist it will be looked into but didn’t seem bothered as I had heard other guests complaining about cold rooms too . Won’t be using this hotel again. Direct parking also means you are Parked offsite and need to get the bus from the Direct Parking compound , not direct parking at the hotel as we thought . Poor overall .

The room I stayed in I think needs a overhaul the bathroom bit above the toilet was completely coming away I cut my finger trying to flush the toilet in room1816 on the eighth floor but other than that it was ok to lay my head for the night

My 3rd time staying at this hotel which has an excellent position to the airport terminal. Unfortunately arrived 20 minutes before the restaurant closed but was able to order food at the bar however the chips were lukewarm maybe due to the restaurant closing . The pizza we ordered was delicious and we did eat most of the chips as we were so hungry after our day if travel . The safe in our room didn’t work ; either the batteries needed replace or the mechanism needed reset , we didn’t complain as we only stayed one night .

Arrived off a late flight Stay was fine. We wanted a quick normal sandwich but they only had ham cheese with caramelised onion. We requested no onion and the staff member said that wasn’t possible. Apart from that everything was good

This is a really sad airport hotel. Wanted to stay here for convenience due to an early morning flight. But this place is dated and dirty. (I stayed at this same hotel decades ago ( it was under a different affiliation) and it appears not much has been done to the place since then.

Tired establishment
Stayed the night before our long haul flight and the night we returned. Convenient for the airport and that's about it. Hotel is very tired and the food was terrible and overpriced. An international airport should have much better hotels and facilities. This hotel is an embarrassment to Scotland.
