An overnight stay to catch an early flight from Glasgow Airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Checking was straightforward and the room was easy to find from the directions give. The room (126) and bathroom were clean though it looked a bit dated. There was one mains socket a little distant on one side of the double bed. Fortunately I had a long USB cord so I could have my cellphone on charge near the bed. The operation of the TV is a bit quirky and the TV control could sometimes take a while to navigate after pressing the control button. One thing to note in the bathroom the basin tap was loose so wobbled when you turned it on. A loose connection fitting to the sink. It was a quiet room and the bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep.

On arriving at room found heating was not working. -2C was outside temperature. Nicole (an excellent member of staff) came and adjusted heating control. She returned 10mins later and decided it was not working correctly. She moved us to another room with complimentary biscuits, hot chocolate and drink vouchers. Excellent service. Nicole is a star member of staff.

So disappointing!
Really poor experience with a short visit to the hotel bar on this stay. The shortage of staff, staff attitude, condition of tables and condition of menus left lying on tables was atrocious. Very poor experience.
