Overall the experience was okay, The staff was eager to help and the hotel location was good. The hotel kitchen had good food options. We did face issue with the heating of the room that we stayed in. It wasn’t working properly. The technician tried to fix the issue but I don’t think it worked because the issue persisted. We were to leave early next morning so we didn’t go back to complain for the third time. Everything else was okay.

Incredibly disappointing
Room was laughably not as described. The room booked for a quad was so tight and small, there was barely any room for four people to stand or their suitcases to be opened. The beds were tiny and cracks in the ceiling. When I upgraded the room to an 8 person, in the new room, there was some unusual substance (gross) sprayed all over the curtain.

Cest un bel hôtel qui n’est malheureusement pas entretenu et qui a besoin de nombreux petits travaux d’entretien. Le ménage n’est pas fait quotidiennement. Très belle chambre, spacieuse mais manque d’entretien. Le personnel est très agréable, efficace et sympathique.

My room windows could not open to admit fresh air. With up to six sweaty bodies, some drenched in competing cologne fragrances, the room always smelled of animal musk. Not great for those averse or allergic to perfumes. Clean up you air.

When I checkin in the morning the heater not work and it was freezing inside the room. The other roomate told the receptionist the night before but they hadn't fixed it until the evening of my checkin. Anyway they let me checkin early so I gave 3 stars.

Decent hotel. Nothing fancy. But fine. Bit out the way of Paris centre, but metro station just across the road from hotel. Area outside busy, but safe. Shops and restaurants close by. Room was clean enough. Beds quite comfy. Shower quite poor tho. Either freezing cold or roasting hot. Food at hotel okay. Choose hotel as it was a cheaper option for us, get what you pay for. Wouldn’t rush back but would recommend.

Don’t get hungry late at night
For the price, in Paris, it’s well worth any inconvenience. Best part was a good locker room, for a fee. My biggest complaint is that there is no kitchen for guests. There’s a restaurant on site where you must purchase food, and you’re not allowed to bring your own food into the building unless you eat it in the *smoking courtyard* (even when the restaurant kitchen is closed). There are very few restaurants open late in the neighborhood. I was hungry at 10pm after traveling halfway around the world and was told to sit and eat my take away in a smoky courtyard. Hated it.
