Lovely Hotel
My experience at this hotel was amazing for my first time in Paris. All members of staff were welcoming, kind and helpful when we first arrived and until we left. The room we were in was spacious, clean & comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing in the lobby and i also had a chance to use the gym which was fun for a first time experience. I will be coming back here for sure!

We had a good time we were supposed to go to Louvre but they're not open on Monday and you sold us tickets for Monday so we need a refund to my account when I get back I will call
