I paid for the shuttle at 7 AM on September 22. At 14 minutes after the hour, I left the property and caught the train. Would like reimbursement. No excuse for late shuttles when people are trying to get to the airport. This was a paid shuttle

Great airport stay
The staff was terrific, answering several questions about the hotel and the airport. The shuttle was easy to find and took us to our terminal in minutes. The hotel room was clean and it, and the entire hotel, were comfortable, clean, and well decorated.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Servers were great. Bartender was great. I didnt i tereact woth cleaning staff but my room was clean. The guys who let seat people were rude and didn't seem that good at their jobs with the amount of pressure. And they were rude.

Misleading advertisement needs to be corrected!!! “Airport shuttle included” Is not correct! There is a 8€ charge per person. The “included” transportation is the Public airport train that runs between terminals and it requires walking several blocks outside

Clean, comfortable, convenient
The hotel is very convenient for flts in and out of CDG. We took the tram to the hotel but decided to pay 8 Euro for the ride back to CDG. The hotel is clean, the room was comfortable and a bit larger than expected. The dinner was buffet and offered a variety, and the free breakfast was enough to get us going back to the airport.
