This location is superb & excellently convenient. The staff (especially the servers at apertivo) were outstanding. The apertivo was such a bonus! I wil stay here each and every time, even though the rooms are small. I never go to Paris to sit in the hotel room!

The breakfast is perfect. The location is convenient to access Gare de Nord and Gare de I’Est. It’s a little hard to find the hotel from Nord side. But when we went down the elevator, the modern entrance is shown. It doesn’t look like 4 stars hotel from outside, but the room is big, the food is delicious, the staffs are friendly. It’s good choice for my trip.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to the train station. It was a little challenging to find using Google. Easiest way is to Google Gare du L’Est station, then turn left before entering the main entrance and the hotel is at the end of the walkway.

this hotel was amazing. We loved the aesthetic of the environment. It was very close to transit. All staff were genuinely nice and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean stocked with all items that we needed and smelled great. I especially appreciated the free snacks (including fruit), coffee, and filtered water available at most times. The room was small by Canadian standards, however, was perfect for our stay. if being dropped off by Uber or taxi, don’t be alarmed when you get to the elevator at the top of the hotel once you get downstairs it’s a whole New World and the hotel is genuinely fabulous! The hotel a few steps from the metro (gare De l’est and gare de nord) and can travel to any parts of Paris that you desire! we would highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Paris!
