This place is a Welfare hotel Do not go here Police activity outside Urine and mold smells inside Bugs, dirty linens, stained furniture/beds etc.

I would not recommend this to hotel
No hot water in the morning. Forced to take a luke warm. Room smelled stale. When I arrived, apparently the computer system was down, and though I made reservations over a month in advance, I still could not check in on arrival

Don't go here.
The room stunk of smoke yet it was a non-smoking room. The rugs were filthy. There was litter on the hallways and the hallways smelled of smoke. There were holes in the wall in the hallway. Garbage on a large bin in the first floor hallway.

The service was very kind and did not disturb me at all during my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the utilities worked just fine and there were enough essentials to last me the entirety of my stay without needing room service.

Hire better maids
Over all the room was fine except, no pots and pans to cook, found hair in the tub and on tile. Found a spider in the bathroom ha ging out. I also found the window was not closed all the way tight is probably the reason the spider was in the room.

Easy check in, stayed for 2 nights. 1st night no hot water in the shower. When I called to the front desk I was told they would call back because it was busy. Never received a call. Next day hot water was working. I could hear so much going on upstairs. Other than that the stay was fine.

I'm a healthcare traveler. I have used this place before during covid. I have returned on another contract and needed to extend. One additional night during this stay. Manuel, who was working the front desk on Friday, November 1, worked with me diligently to secure the room and even walked me up to the room to make sure it was ready and to my liking. He went above and beyond customer service, extremely friendly and very efficient.
