The lady at the counter was super nice. But there wasn’t anything in the room you had to ask for everything. Shampoo soap, dishes, everything. Also my son dropped his drink cup on the floor so I used a towel to wipe it up and the entire hand towel was BLACK. It was disgusting,, as was the pull out bed. It was stained and gross.

Bad smelling hotel rooms, no lobby inside , breakfast was very limited- probably they don’t want guests to come back ! It was a business trip but still would have been nice to come back to a decent room in the evening after a long day of work . Inaccurate website description . Will not recommend.
