Unfortunately the tiwels in the room had stains in them. Then when we asked housekeeping for more towels the lady only gave me one hand towel even though i asked for bath towels and it was two guest. I showed her the dirty towels and she said that i would have to wait.I got a noyed and ended up going to a store near by and getting a couple of towels. Saturday morning there was a wedding outside our window and the music was blasting.Just was not good at all

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The allergy friendly room was such a wonderful experience. It’s not easy to reach without a car though and confusing with another hotel adjacent to it.

Bathroom was infested with live and dead gnats. It looks like previous guests who stayed in the room had killed some along the ceiling and they were never cleaned up. Shower curtain rod was broken causing the curtain not to stay in place resulting in excess water falling outside the tub. Had to use 6 bath size towels to help collect the water. There was mold all around the shower area. Staff was pleasant except one young girl who worked the overnight shift. I asked her for the extra towels and her response to everything was “uhuh mmhmm” lacking complete guest etiquette. Peter on the other hand was extremely pleasant when he checked me in. The gentleman from the kitchen area, I can’t recall his name was extremely helpful as well. Would I stay at this location again? Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

Went for a soccer tournamnet wekend. Checkin in was quick and easy. Elani at the desk was wonderful, courteous and answered all of our questions. Having use of the lounge/common area was great for the kids and parents because we could watch TV, have our food delivered and eat there, as well as tables for the kids to play their games on, and there was a TV so we could watch games and such. Te location was central to where we were going. Several restaurants close by and having the pool as an option for the kids was hugely convenient as well. Facilities were clean and the staff was pleasant and readily available to answer questions. The breakfast was great and had several options available. It is a great setup up which was helpful going out for the early morning games. My only complaint was that our room didn't have a small fridge which would have been convenient for packing and storing sandwiches and condiments we brought to make for the sports events during the weekend. Beyond that, it was a great space and place and we will for sure come back again.

There was an odor of smoke and something stale in the hallway. Lots of loud talking in the hallway outside my room for a couple hours. Otherwise the room and bathroom were clean.

It was overall clean facility, but the only thing was that the furniture was outdated with some of the drawers broken and the window shades was broken as well

It was in a very nice area, just expected it to be a bit nicer of a hotel or at least the rooms themselves as it is a Hilton property attached to a very beautiful Hilton. The exterior and surrounding area was amazing, walking around felt very safe.

Overnight during long drive for family event
Convenient for our family visit in the area. Room spacious but could use another chair. Front desk folks friendly and efficient. Standard Hampton Inn breakfast which could use a refresh everywhere but they always have oatmeal and cereal so that is always a good breakfast option.

Customers leaving garbage around, breakfast plates wherever they could Cereal spilled in front of elevators not cleaned up Our floor the 5th floor totally stunk of POT smelled thru out, it was nauseating disgrace that this is tolerated and yet it’s a non smoking hotel. I don’t care what the heck people do but it should not be allowed in a hotel and that also has children staying It’s illegal and it’s not their freaking house.
