ทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่เราจองแบบ VIP จากแอพ ไม่ได้อัพเกรดห้องอะไรค่ะ มีเรื่องติแค่เรื่องเดียว คือสระว่ายน้ำเด็ก รอบๆพื้นลื่นมากๆ มีเด็กเล็กลื่นหัวกระแทกพื้นตอนเราพาลูกเราไปเล่น ตอนจะเลิกเล่น น้องเราก็ลื่นขาฉีก เนื่องจากเป็นพื้นที่ของเด็กเล็ก ทางโรงแรมควรให้ความสำคัญ เอาอะไรที่มันหนืดๆเกาะเท้าได้ดีมาปูรอบๆสระส่วนของเด็กก็ดีค่ะ (ไปศึกษาตามโรงเรียนสอนเด็กเล็กว่ายน้ำได้ค่ะ ว่าเขาให้วัสดุแบบไหนปูรอบสระ) ถ้าไม่ปรับปรุงข้อนี้ วันนึงอาจจะมีเด็กเจ็บตัวถึงขั้นเลือดตกยางออกหรือถึงชีวิตได้นะคะ ผู้ปกครองที่ไปพักเพื่อพาน้องๆไปเล่นน้ำตรงสระเด็ก ต้องระมัดระวังปล่อยเด็กเดินคนเดียวไม่ได้ค่ะ แล้วก็ห้ามวิ่ง ต้องค่อยๆเดิน ขนาดน้องเราใส่รองเท้าอยู่ยังลื่นเลย

The breakfast buffet was second to none. I had little hope for the buffet after the first night's dinner was somewhat of a disappointment but overall, I would eat breakfast there every day. The staff were always respectable and professional and helpful. The ease of access for room service as well as all the other services was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this property as I would love to visit again.

My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this issue.

The place is beautiful right by the beach. Several pools and rooms facing sunset ocean side. Hosts were awesome and kind. Very efficient service. Would definitely return.

Beautiful ocean view
The ocean view is beautiful! The beach is quite relaxing. Very good place for vacation. If the hotel can upgrade the hotel rooms, that would be great. Find the washroom plastic curtain is too old.
