The hotel was in a great location, very convenient and close to everything – the beach, the market, and more. The room was clean, but there were a few issues that stood out. When we asked for an additional towel, we were told they didn’t have any clean ones available, which was disappointing considering there were two of us. The staff, especially at reception, were not very approachable, and unlike other places where staff greet you and offer assistance, here it felt more distant. The breakfast was good, staff at the breakfast kitchen were very friendly and helpful Overall, the place was fine, but the service could definitely be improved.

This is a beautiful Hotel with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, mall, in either direction wether its from the beach side or city side. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pattaya!

This may have been a pioneering modern wonder in ITS day, but ITS tired, not well looked after and depressing. A smile at reception would have helped.

The staff were polite and very professional. The rooms were clean. Their was a lot of variety in terms of meals and snacks on the menu, at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning again.

Bayview is a 4 star hotel, located in a great location near second road, central, and baht bus route to hop up to terminal 21 or anything else near that route. The pool area connects to the wave hotel, so this gets you access to beach road, baht bus route and walking street. This hotel has its pros and cons though. Pros - Room was clean, had working ac and was spacious inside (deluxe city view), but cons? Small bathroom (pressure and hot water was good), no electrical outlet near bed to charge phone was super annoying, wood cracks and open gaps in ceiling near ac. Pros - Breakfast and staff were great, they really try to make your stay welcome, the hotel shines here. Con - Found someone cleaning my room when I didn't ask for it so that was awkward. For what its worth, nothing in my room went missing regardless. Pros - Location was always clean, safe, and guest friendly if you book for two. Cons - elevator is too small and there are only two. I would never stay here during high season (nov-march), especially with the amount of indians traveling in groups taking up all of the elevators. A lot of indians stay at this hotel. Overall, its not a bad hotel but definitely needs renovating starting with the elevator and outlets near the dresser area. I'd consider staying here again during low season and would never stay here during high season unless the changes and renovations I mentioned take place.
