We arrived at 2:30pm and they wanted to charge us extra to check in early even though the room was already ready. So we had to wait for 30mins before we could check in and the guy at the front desk wouldn’t even let us go through the process before 3pm so we wasted another 30mins at 3pm to scan passports etc. poor experience and no common sense

We enjoy staying in the MoNdays brand of apartment hotels. The room we had was spacious and was perfect for our family with two small children. This location was excellent it was around the corner from the subway. There’s a grocery store nearby and lots of places to eat. Definitely recommend!!!

This hotel is fully equipped for a family to stay. There is a dual washer & dryer, 2 twin beds, a twin bunk bed, fully stocked kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, & fridge/freezer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hong checked us in and out and Tebra helped us with any questions or problems. The area is so convenient. A 5 minute walk to the train station. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Very nice town to wander and explore.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly every time we interacted with them. We left our bags with the front desk (at no charge) on day of checkout so we could explore the city one last time. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Convenient location to Asakusabashi station, only 3 minute walk.

This property was exactly as it was described on Expedia. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, 3 minutes walk from the Aikhabara Asukasabashi Station and there was a market directly across the stree from the property. In addition, there was a supermarket just down the street, a 711 just around the corner with an ATM to withdraw local currencies and 2 family marts nearby. There were also a couple of restaurants just around the corner. Great place and I highly recommend it as a place to stay.

there is a grocery store across the street and it's 24 hours. Another Lawson and AEON down the road. Every thing is equpt in the room, kitchen and washing machine dryer. Clean and convince.

My brother and I stayed here for 6 nights and just checked out today. The moment we checked into our next hotel in another city in Japan, my brother immediate said "I miss the last place..." The checkin process was smooth and staff were very friendly/helpful. The room was excellent - good size, very clean, and very home-y. The location is fabulous too with innumerable restaurants nearby along with supermarkets, konbini, and two train stations. This place along with the MONday name will definitely be high on my list when booking for my next stay in Japan :)

The hotel was a very affordable, very clean, close to a subway line, with a Lawson's downstairs. The staff was very patient and helpful with our large group. The hotel also had a luggage delivery service to and from the airport, which was a huge plus! Our group even had an issue with the luggage delivery system and the front desk staff was very helpful and patient with us when resolving the issue. Overall great experience if your visiting Japan!

This is an amazing place to stay for families. When we previously stayed we’ve always had to get 2 rooms for our family of 4, which was not ideal when the kids were younger. It’s nice that the toilet is in a separate room so that the shower/bath can be used even if someone is using the toilet. It was also nice that there were 2 bathroom sinks. Even though we didn’t cook, we did end up using the refrigerator/freezer, microwave and toaster oven quite a lot. It was great to have real utensils and dishes, and they even provided dishwashing detergent, a sponge, a drying towel and a dish rack for convenience. Since it was hot during our stay, we ended up doing laundry every day so that it wouldn’t stink. The W/D is very small so a day’s worth of clothes for 4 is about all it can handle. The dryer takes forever so we ended up using their hangers a lot. As others have mentioned, it’s a quick walk to public transit (the JR is literally a block behind the hotel) and there are several markets and restaurants in the area and a yummy Taiyaki place right on the corner. The staff is always pleasant and courteous, but don’t expect them all to be fluent in English (it’s their country after all and they have visitors from lots of places). But with a translator app and hand gestures you can pretty much still get what you need from them. We didn’t mind not having daily housekeeping since they will still take your trash or dirty towels every day Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an overall great time at this hotel. We have no complaints. Everything was perfect! The service was so excellent, and the room was very clean and organized. My children enjoyed the interior design of the game room very much. It was also a convenient location to go to close attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Overall we had a good experience. But when we went to pull out the floor matresses they were stained and smelled. We did not tell the hotel of this issue as one of our guests was ok with sleeping without the floor mattresses. If you are planning to use floor matresses, we would advice you check them before using them. We liked the location, grocery stores, 711, lawson within walking distance. The area also had tons of small local restaurants which ranged from ramen, japanese bbq, bars, and seafood restaurants. Great place to stay especially if you are traveling as a family with children.
