The property was okay, Thank God for changing that old, worn, chipping leather couch in the Lobby. Breakfast could of been a little better with variety. (Coffee always requires liquid cream) Breakfast lady was rude and had an attitude. Housekeeping was NOT done the entire stay....

I rated the staff good because for the most part they were. We had one small isolated incident which I reported and don't want affect the property as a whole. For the price it was a good place to stay. Clean, polite staff, the usual breakfast options. The place does need some updating, a few repairs, but again, for the price, it's a decent value.

Pleasant, comfortable stay. Glitch at checkin - arrived at 9 pm and told computers were down and we would need to return later in order to be checked in. Upon returning front desk appeared quite unfamiliar with the check-in process. She insisted 2 different credit cards were required for check-in, something she was eventually able to correct. After already having been turned away once, a prolonged and clumsy check-in was not appreciated. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Clean and comfortable hotel with easy access to I-295 and close to Pennsville for shopping and dining. The room was in good condition, everything worked, the bed was comfortable. Good deal for the price.

This hotel should be demolished
There is only one good thing to say about this hotel. The employee who checked us in was very n8ce and helpful. The bathroom had dead flys on the floor, the bathtub was rusted out at the bottom where it met the floor, the TV remote didn't work and the Wifi was practically non-existent. The hotel is located at the end of a street that is residential with poorly maintained homes. The road deadends where the Jersey Turnpike was built and cut off the access to this area. The corporate office should either invest alot of money to bring it up to par with other Comfort inns, sell it or demolish it and walk away.

The bathroom, specifically the shiwer stall was not clean. The curtain rod was hung poorly and wobbly. It was clear that there has been some neglect over the years some mold on the silicone for example. The window ac was muggy humid if not on full blast. Satellite TV would cut out and be choppy signal. the beds seemed clean though. I appreciated that. There was a big Orkin sticker in under the sink stating it had been treated for pests. Hopefully there wasn’t residual poison lingering. Overall safe hotel, just neglect and weirdness in the cleanliness and upkeep.

The staff was professional and friendly. This property needs to be updated. The buffet breakfast was not good at all. I have stayed in several other hotels that cost the same per night and had a decent, updated rooms and great breakfast. I will not return to this hotel.

The hotel was located on a dark black road next to a big barn, the location instantly reminded me of something like the hills has eyes or wrong turn. Front desk agent was not friendly at all, and she announced my room number out loud with people behind me!!! Never do that for safety reasons. Got upstairs to the room, the sheets had hair and stains on them, there were Cobb Webbs and spiders all in the outside windows. And the bed was hard as a rock. First and last time at this hotel.
