Staff was really nice and helpful but there wasnt enough staff the morning we wenr to.eat breakfast. The front desk person was also the person trying to do the kitchen refills. After waiting about 20 minutes for eggs, we gave up and left. Lady apologized and gave my son a free chocolate bar to compensate for the lack.of staff.

I never stayed at the hotel because i was turned away due to an error on the part of Expedia. The hotel was booked long before I arrived. I booked the hotel from the hotel parking lot, attempted to check in and was informed that they didnt have my reservation on file.

Friendly staff but everything else was bad.
The hotel was very run down and needs some updates. The carpet in my room had a huge stain and the walls were scratched up. They didn’t offer complimentary water and actually charged $2 a bottle. The breakfast was gross and the area to eat was not cleaned. That might be because the girl making the breakfast was also the front counter person. I expect better from the Hampton inn.

Room was horrible, bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and there was no fan in there so it was unbearable to be in there after showering to get ready. Staff was horrible. I asked Daniel if we could stay and use the pool after checking out and was told it was for guests only!! We spent almost $550 for 2 nights and we weren’t considered to be a guest?!?!? There was no way to open the blind so the room was very dark. I would love for Paris Hilton to stay here and see how awful it is and if she would want her family to stay there.

We were given the wrong type of room, the blinds were broken and off the window on the ground and the bathroom sink was clogged. We let the from desk person know and there was nothing they could do because they were sold out and there was no other staff to help. They also did not offer a refund for us to find somewhere else to stay.
