The condo was so cozy, well stocked, and very clean. We were steps from the pool and the beach. First floor location was great as we could avoid elevator/stairs. This was by far our favorite condo we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the beach and pool. It was amazing that we were able to enter the condo from the outside of the building. No elevators and no stairs.

The value for the price and the location were excellent. Pool area and beach were exceptional. Kitchen, laundry facilities and television options were wonderful. Large refrigerator and freezer accommodated full grocery orders. Bedding (linens and pillows) as well as sofa bed could use updating. Bunk beds are probably better suited for children rather than large adults. Tons of local eateries and an easy 5 minute jaunt to Destin beach. Definitely recommend a stay here!

We enjoyed our time at this condo. Great location, no water view but you can be walking on the beach in just a few minutes. We love walking along the boulevard and being so close to Stewby’s.Good communication with the owner…would recommend!

Another wonderful stay at The Waters Edge
This is our second visit to this condo and we had a wondeful visit again. The condo is exactly like the pictures. And the location is absolutely wonderful. The weather was cooler this visit but my family still spent everyday on the beach and my kids were still in the water. Having beach chair setup included with this rental is so nice. We enjoy this location so much and will hopefully be back again soon.

A beautiful condo and right on the beach. Amazing pool and easy access to the beach which included an umbrella and two chairs. Parking was easy, and owners communicated everything very clearly. The plumbing was a little loud, but that's the only criticism. We'll definitely be back. Our family of 6 had a total blast!
