The interior of this beautiful unit has been completely remodeled and is ready for you, your family and friends! The interior design is light and airy with clean lines and is a real showstopper! If you have ever been to Waterscape, then you know how amazing the property is. If not, you are in for a surprise! There is a lazy river perfect for floating in the sunshine. No need to bring your own tubes as they are provided! There is a huge activity pool with beach entry, fun mushroom waterfall, and rope ladder attraction that will keep the kids busy for hours. While the kids are playing, relax under the 10' waterfall, soak in one of the 2 hot tubs, or hide in the cave. When lunch rolls around there is no need to leave. Use the numerous grills provided throughout the pool area or eat at the Tiki bar that serves up burgers and snacks. They also make some amazing cocktails ;) If you are wanting to escape the excitement, then proceed to the upper deck. There you will find a huge heated pool (heated in the colder months) where you can relax or sunbathe on a comfortable lounger. There is also a decked out splash pad for the little ones sure to entertain them in a safe environment. For adults that want to keep up their workout routine, there is a large fitness center with cardio and strength training options.
If the pool is not your scene, then the beach is right there! Waterscape is situated directly on the beach with no roads to cross. There is a newly built direct access walkover that can have your feet in the sand in under a minute! There are beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddle boards that you can rent directly on the sand for a small fee. And when you are done, there are numerous showers to wash off and jump back in the pool or head back up to the condo for a siesta.

A135 a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit with a bunk room (2 twin beds). There is almost 1300 sqft. of living space which is exceptionally big for a 2-bedroom condo. Because A135 is a ground floor unit, you will have easy access to parking and will not have to wait on elevators. This is great for families with young children, older family members or if you just want the convenience of being close to parking. This condo is located near the rear of the complex, near the parking garage, but everything at Waterscape is easily assessable.
All rooms have large flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD players. Sleeping areas include a master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd master with a king bed, bunk room with twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Both bathrooms have garden tubs and stand-up showers. One of the showers is so large you literally could fit the whole family in there! There is also a half bathroom (sink/toilet) next to the bunk bed area. This condo has been UPGRADED and RENOVATED.... it has large 18-inch tile throughout (no carpet), a large 60-inch LED smart (internet ready) TV in the living room and a high efficiency washer/dryer. The dining room table will sit 8 comfortably. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We have all the utensils and gadgets including a crockpot, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and hand mixer.
When you are ready to head to the beach or pool, we have 2 beach chairs and a sand wagon for you to use to carry your items. On the balcony, there is a large table and 2 lounge chairs.

You will deal directly with the owners from the time of booking and throughout your stay. We purchased this condo as a vacation home for us, not as an investment. Many owners are strictly investors and never even visit the place. Our family make trips quarterly to make sure the condo is well kept, clean, and in good shape. We love Waterscape!

Waterscape is a gulf front water resort and the only property in the area with this level of amenities and 490' of private beach front. There is a spectacular split-level courtyard with an oasis of pools, one a zero-entry. There is a shaded play area with a rubberized mat for toddlers and children adjacent to a splash area filled with built-in water toys. Waterscape has 2 hot tubs, a 10' waterfall, and an incredible Lay-Z-River for floating. For active adults, there is a fitness center opened 24/7 with pleasing views of this tropical oasis. Our ideal location means you are within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Old Bay Steamer is directly across the street and one of the best seafood restaurants around!

***PLEASE READ! There will only be wristbands for the amount of guests on the reservation! If a guest does not have a wristband, security will ask them to leave the property. Waterscape is diligent about protecting the families that are there and do not want anyone that is not registered on the premises. The condo also has a strict 8 person maximum, including infants. If Waterscape determines more guests are in a unit, they will have them leave without a refund.
