Breathtaking view of TRESTRAOU beach

Breathtaking sea view and view of Trestraou beach for this 8-person holiday home located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Trestraou beach 2 steps away. Staircase overlooking the Customs Trail at the end of the dead end.
Sheltered from the prevailing winds, the house offers very special comfort:
- functional with its 2 bathrooms, separate toilets, modern fitted kitchen and new, large format bedding (double beds 160 * 200)
- pleasant to live in thanks to its bright spaces and its sober decoration
The terrace that runs alongside the house is the space to live in summer with its sea view over Trestraou Bay, TomƩ Island and the tip of the Castle.
You will reach Trestraou beach in 5 minutes on foot, on the sailing school side where you can register for catamaran and windsurfing lessons. A few meters away there is also a surf school, Perros Guirec being a spot known to surfers who come there all year round. Next to the sailing school is the pier of the stars of the 7 islands which will take you to admire the gannets, seals, and if you are lucky the puffins, emblem of the city of Perros Guirec.
By the Customs trail, accessible from the house, you will make beautiful hikes along the side towards Ploumanacā€™h ā€™(allow 1h30 to 2 hours). Do not forget to stop at the coastal house next to the Ploumanacā€™h lighthouse where exhibitions are offered and where you can get information on the visits to be made.

Superbe endroit Ơ proximitƩ de la plage et du GR34
Emplacement idƩal au calme, belle terrasse face Ơ la mer, tous les Ʃquipements sont prƩvus pour un sƩjour agrƩable. La literie est confortable, et les 2 salles de bains pratiques pour le nombre de personnes que cette maison peu accueillir. Nous avons tous aimƩ notre sƩjour.

Et je sais de quoi je parle la tempĆŖte Ciaran nous est tombĆ©e dessus! Et bien la maison est non seulement trĆØs agrĆ©able mais un vrai cocon confortable par (trĆØs trĆØs) mauvais temps. De plus lā€™agence et la propriĆ©taire ont Ć©tĆ© Ć  nos cĆ“tĆ©s pour rĆ©pondre Ć  nos questions et nous accompagner. Bref un seul regret : nous aurions voulu rester plus longtemps pour profiter de cette magnifique rĆ©gion.

Einfach und zweckmƤƟig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, das langsam in die Jahre kommt. Einige Zimmer und die BƤder sind renoviert. KĆ¼che hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr schƶne Terrasse mit tollem Blick. Terrassenmƶbel sind ziemlich abgenutzt. Kein W-LAN , stand aber auch nicht im Inserat. PKW Stellplatz an der StraƟe. Insgesamt gesehen, hatten wir einen schƶnen Aufenthalt. ^

Attention, fourmis dans une chambre, petite fuite dans carrelage salle de bain du bas, mauvaises odeurs sans doute dues Ć  la moquette dans la chambre du bas, nĆ©cessitĆ© de petites penderies dans les chambres car il n'y a que des commodes, pas de crochets pour placer les torchons et serviettes dans la cuisine. Tout le reste est trĆØs bien et la terrasse splendide. Nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs bon sĆ©jour.

Ein tolles Haus mit Garten, atemberaubenden Blick und super Lage. Der Strand und auch das Zentrum sind mit einem schƶnen Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Das Haus liegt direkt an dem KĆ¼stenwanderweg, welcher zum tƤglichen Spaziergang einlƤdt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll, sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschƶner Lage
Wir haben zwei schƶne Wochen in Perros-Guirec verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse, der Blick auf den Strand ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist einfach, aber zweckmƤƟig ausgestattet. Die Fotos entsprechen genau der RealitƤt. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad im Obergeschoss sind renoviert, aus dem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sollte man den Teppich entfernen, er bewirkt, dass es etwas feucht riecht. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und die Bretagne sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Maison trĆØs agrĆ©able et pleine de charme. Vue grandiose. Terrasse trĆØs sympa pour manger le matin ou le midi (moins le soir car plus ensoleillĆ©e). Excellente localisation. Pour partir Ć  pieds Ć  la plage ou au sentier des douaniers. En voiture on est Ć©galement trĆØs rapidement Ć  ploumanach, tregastel, lannion.... Bonne qualitĆ© de literie. Juste la chambre du rdc en moquette pourrait ĆŖtre rafraĆ®chie bien qu'agrĆ©able quand mĆŖme. Sejour pas trĆØs spacieux mais on s'y sent bien et tout y est.
