There was no iron on the property and i did message the host who was not very helpful other than telling me to keep looking for it. Shower has extremely low temperature so its almost like a cold water bath in winter which was a terrible way to start your day.

Ideal for my needs
Alison was very accommodating regarding check-in time. The place was well supplied with almost everything I needed for cooking and generally feeling at home. NB Washing machines require credit cards with Paywave. No really handy shops. Nearest is an energetic walk to centre of Fremantletle. If arriving by public transport suggest you take bus from station rather than walk as it is uphill!
