Not possible to give a good review to a place that sells single rooms facing the blazing afternoon sun with no air conditioners! And the room I stayed in did not cool down. It was always very hot and stuffy. The staff were mostly lovely, but nothing compensated for the horrendous heat!

Room was a lot smaller than it appeared in pictures online. Shower screen was broken and not usable. Bathroom very small. Kettle in the room was very dirty. Shutter Blinds in room were broken and only able to close facing down which still let all the light in first thing in the morning. Very noisy outside with trucks reversing and lights flashing in the window all night. Staff hard to find and had to wait to check in and out

The staff we encountered were all super friendly and good at their jobs. I was a bit daunted when we arrived at the back of the hotel to park. The back steps were a bit primitive but the rooms were nice and clean and set up well with all the amenities. The complimentary drinks were appreciated. We didn’t eat there but did have drinks which were reasonably priced and icy cold. The price was reasonable and the customer service was awesome. I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were good but single room you had to use shared toilet and bathroom. It was very clean. No lifts due to only being two floors. Staff carried my luggage up and down. Close too the freemantle markets just across the road. I would stay again but in bigger room with a air conditioner not just a fan. Close driving distance to the beach.

Room was very small but clean. Lots of stairs difficult for someone with restricted mobility. Smoke from the bbq area down stairs coming in through the bathroom window which had glass missing at the top.

The room is very small the bathroom is even smaller you can only get in and out of the bed on one side otherwise good. Rooms could do with a microwave as not everyone can afford to eat out

The day before we were booked to go i was contacted to see if i needed parking which was lovely. When we arrived the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I was a bit nervous when i found out we had a shared bathroom but it wasnt a problem, the facilities were easily accessible, and clean. We were central to everything in freo so we were able to walk wherever we wanted to visit. We had a lovely stay and will likely stay again, Thankyou
