this property was outrageously expensive for one queen room in an off the beaten path, not very inviting building. for $300 in Philadelphia you can easily find better. I'm very disappointed that I pick this and shocked with the conditions given the price. I would never stay there again. I feel like I got ripped off. There wasn't even a place to get drinking water in the building.

Basic clean but no drinking water
The hotel met our needs. It is not glamorous, but it was quiet and met our basic needs. Breakfast was yogurt bagels toast and cereal and coffee. I would say the only thing they really need is WATER for drinking. None in the lobby or the rooms. That was my biggest issue, they have ice, no water.

A little confused at first; there is no unloading area, parked in convention center no parking area across the street, buzzing to gain entrance was a little different. There were two thermostats in the room, there was a vent above the door that blew warm air into the room that was not controlled by either one, ended up running A/C with outside temps in 50's. Garbage on sidewalks and homeless population was a little discerning. Staff were very helpfull and courteous.

The staff was great the hotel was clean I just didn’t like the room without a window to face outside. The homeless in the area was out of control.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone
There was a maintenance man in our room doing repairs with his tools spread out when we checked in 1.5 hours after 3pm check in time. There were people in the room next to us with screaming children that were jumping off of stuff and shaking the floor and my bed. I got maybe 2 hours of sleep and I had to sit in the room and listen to screaming children all night.
