Lady at front desk was good. Young man at front desk was good. The Embassy Suite driver who picked us up was good, van was loud and sounded like it was going to break down. Driver on way to airport was rude. Food was good. I saw a mouse roaming during happy hour. The bar folks were nice. The Philly sandwich was good. Appreciated the happy hour freebies. Very dated place. Tired. A roach in my bathroom. Breakfast area had talking staff and dirty tables to service. Professionalism was below average.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Would have rated hotel higher but seems that this is a spot locals use to bring kids to celebrate birthdays/other occasions. Completely took over pools/ hot tubs made unusable for other guests. Kids eere allowed to run hallways well past 1 AM. Mentioned thid at checkout and just git an eye roll from desk clerk. Asked to see manager and clerk said they were coming in later that morning but she would pass in message ( yes sure that didn’t happen).

The staff was helpful and pleasant, the accommodations were clean. however i did see an accumulation of trash outside in the parking area over my 3 nights and i wish they had cleaned it up.

Close to airport; great when a flight cancels. Nothing really around to walk to do. Beds were very comfy and rooms clean. Hotel itself is a little worn, but overall a good place to stay.

Very worn hotel. It was a busy Sunday. Night and they only had one shuttle running back and forth to the airport. I had to wait multiple trips before I could get on. An hour from baggage claim to the hotel that is 3 miles away. Carpet is worn. Just a bit outdated. Needs work.

I was charged for parking and I never parked the car. I did let the front door know that the gas paid as they left. Also, I had charges to my room that were no charges placed on my room by my family. I was so later other children was going into the convenience, part of the hotel and charging it to random room numbers. Then the pool began to get overcrowded, and there is no age limit for the hot tub. Other guests wanted to utilize hot tub but they walked out do to all the kids

Think twice if you’re wanting the shuttle
After a very long travel day, all I wanted was to get to the hotel. I was told the shuttle comes every 30 minutes. I waited an hour and a half. Never again. I will never stay at this hotel because of that.

Walking through the hall we ran into guests who let their dog run around the entire hotel without a care for the other guests and guests dripping pool water all over the hotel making for a big mess and hazards. They permanately leave the wet floor sign in the elevator. There were also pool towels piled in the hallways to the rooms. Our hotel room was pretty clean and nice until we entered the bathroom, the toilet was crooked and looked as if someone tried to walk off with the toilet and failed. It made it rather hard to use the bathroom at a crooked angle. There was no towel hook because someone broked it off. Maybe the same person who tried to take the toilet to go. When taking a shower we had no hot water leaving it on the hottest setting for 15 minutes only gave us luke warm water. The sink also did not drain properly and when our towels were restocked after night one they only restocked our room with one towel as if we should battle to the death over who gets the use of the one towel. The breakfast was also hardly warm even when the restocker brought out a fresh pan seconds before we got in line, the eggs were also very runny but overall not a terrible variety of options and plenty of dining space. Overall its not a terrible place but I think some upgrades and increased prices might bring a better clientel and some better management of the property to keep it tidy and maybe being a pet friendly hotel isnt the best option for an open concept hotel.

Easy stay. Only thing I can say is the shuttle that picked us up at the airport doesn’t actually stop in the designated spot. I had to literally chase him down and knock on the window to have him let us in. There was a cluster of people waiting on him and he just drove on by!
