Property is in short walking distance to two grocery stores, CVS, coffee shops and restaurants in addition to the City Center, The Met, museums and park. Modern amenities, Large Loft style units as a single floor and duplex lofts, comfortable living spaces, Bed & sheets were comfortable, medium firm, King size. Complete kitchen that had everything we needed for our stay. Washer & Dryer worked great and such a convenience. Easy check in & out, communication with a Locale rep / customer service via text was easy, efficient and prompt. All our needs were met.

Overall this property was AMAZING, the only issue really was parking but it’s a big city so we weren’t upset. We found parking by driving around the block a few times.

Among our favorite stays anywhere
Very impressive all the way around. Modern, roomy, great location. If I has any complaint it would be that it was a bit noisy but if that is an issue don't stay downtown in a major city. We had 2 separate bookings for our group and I could not have been happier or more impressed with this property. If given thew opportunity I would book again without a 2nd thought, Outstanding

The building entry keypad did not work properly. A malfunctioning button left me standing on an unfamiliar Philadelphia street late in the evening. Called a responsive remote concierge who had to renew the code twice until there was no #4 in the code. She got me in. The key pad to the apartment worked with the new code. The apartment thermostat would not allow me to turn off the fan. The apartment was extremely cold. The window shade chains were difficult to operate some were broken or missing completely. The apartment had no hair dryer as indicated in the rental listing. One bedroom table lamp was not working. Otherwise clean and roomy with comfortable bed. Conveniently close to bus and metro stops.

Cute little suite and decent price
This was a nice little one bedroom studio. The bathroom needed some tlc and the view was lacking, but the room itself was comfortable and convenient to Temple (until SEPTA shut down because of a fight). I would stay there again for the right price.
