This property is in an area with heavy homelessness roaming streets. We had a prostitute and a guest have a fight. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly but I would not stay here unless it was last resort. Do not stay here with kids for tournaments.

We were given a room on the third floor, upon leaving the elevator the smell of pot was very strong. Once in the room we noticed the window left open. The smell of pot became much worse in the room so I tried to call the desk but the phone didn’t work. We were given another room on the main floor. The hotel is very much a budget hotel but I don’t think the management cares at all about the property or the staff. They certainly don’t care about the customers.

Friendly staff! They were quick to fix tv issue! Shower water pressure was weak. They had to wait to order uber for the airport shuttle Only at 545 am for 6am pickup. Fortunately, my boarding was @645 am. If I was on a 6am flight and 515am boarding I would have to order my own shuttle at my expense. That makes no sense.
