The staff was polite and courteous. I was going to extend our stay but was told no because I have a large dog. I didn't feel like finding my paperwork that shows he is a documented ESA. There is a sign by the check in window that requires that you tell them. I was tired and wanted to sleep. They should make a better sign. Bottom line. It was a cheap place to sleep.

Was perfect! My friend and I booked so we could go to Sabrina concert and it's literally 4 min drive from the Footprint Center! Was such a good price too for location and everything. Room was also nice and clean :)

The Good - Rock bottom cost, first result if you sort by price. - Centrally located, right next to the freeway. - Front desk staff was courteous and professional, check-in and check-out was quick and easy, staff responded to all of my concerns. The Bad - It's a motel in a sleazy area, so don't be surprised when your neighbors are the predictable clientelle of junkies, bums, and prostitutes. They have active security patrol at night and I didn't encounter any issues, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't anxious about my rental car being broken into. The Ugly - Room was mostly clean, but the carpet was old with a few stains and the curtain was missing a ring or two. Verdict It's a good stay for the price if you prefer to travel on the cheap and you don't mind somewhat spartan conditions.
