Property was fine if not a bit dated. Housekeeping only made up room once out of three mornings and didn't put the sheets on correctly. The fitted sheet either was too small or turned the wrong direction. I kept waking up due to it.

The hotel was well-maintained. There was always someone cleaning, polishing or vacuuming. A really caring friendly staff was always at the front desk. The restaurant served a delicious hamburger ! It was a good three night stay for me and I will be back. I highly recommend the graduate in Tempe AZ

We chose the location due to its proximity to ASU Gammage. It was within walking distance to the venue, and was super convenient. Great place to see a show and spend the night.
