House keeping was nonexistent. You could literally see dust everywhere. Towels smelled like bacon. They left our room open after housekeeping, we discovered it when we came back from the Grand Canyon. We mentioned everything at check out and they took off fees.

Expedia had photos of the incorrect room advertised on their website. I specifically booked this property thinking I was getting a room large enough for my birthday. I still paid the price for that room and go a smaller cheaper room. I have been trying to dispute the charge with the property and Expedia and have gotten no where. I’m hoping my credit card can get my money back. I tried to upgrade to the room I needed and they were all booked. It ruined my birthday.

First, will say the staff was really nice and understanding of my feedback. They were also very accommodating. They mentioned there is a new owner who will be doing a $70M Reno beginning in the spring of 2025. The property has a lot of potential if there was some TLC. However, I think this is the dirtiest property I have ever stayed at. There was questionable stains on the couch so we turned the cushions over, and put a towel on it before sitting on it. The remote had crusted grime between the buttons, and didn’t work. The orange carpet was so dirty it got your socks and feet dirty. Grime in the corners of the bathroom and piles of dried bird poop on the patio. The outside lighting is poor and dim. There are 3 pool areas. The one with the lazy river is nice, but the lazy river is not heated, the slide was never open. This pool area closes at 6:00. The other two pools by the rooms were nice and heated and close at 10:00. The pool bars are limited and the food was cold. There is one resturant by the lazy river, but I can’t give feedback on the quality, we didn’t eat there. Overall, as the hotel is now, I cannot recommend to anyone, nor will we go back.

The room was clean, well appointed with the things a traveler needs, staff helpful pleasant fun to be around pool clean nice towels in room and at poolside, convenient restaurants nearby, we love coming here year after year and will be returning next year

Property is somewhat dated….bed very comfortable n clean…annoying that bar was closed before 8 on Tuesday when 8 of us returned from dinner for fireplace nightcap. Had asked for our 4 rooms be close together but that seemed to be ignored….staff otherwise friendly ….love the close waterpark

This property was clean and quiet. The rooms are large but a little “tired”. The location is awesome. There are plenty of places to eat. The water park is clean and spread out so you are not on top of each other. Great place for families with children!

We had a great time at this resort, my only complaint was that we were not notified they would be turning the water off to do some work. It was off for a large part of the day and we had an event to get to that evening. I think a simple notification would have went a long way.

Service was pathetic
Water was completely out. Sinks, toilets and showers were not working and no real solution was provided for hours. I had to remove a #2 from the toilet to prevent the room from stinking and at least allow the bathroom to be used for #1 and then we left the facility until the evening. With 2 young children and my wife this was very unfortunate and while facilities issues are understandable no solution or reasonable empathy was disappointing.
