Lovely common areas. Run down room. Making you call the front desk for a coffee maker for coffee under the auspice of “forget something, we have it” is pretty gross. Like it's something you travel with. Fun artwork prints in the room and centrally located for events.

Amazing mother-daughter trip
It was as a mother, daughter trip we went to Sabrina Carpenter concert. Hotel was beautiful and very convenient is in walking distance to footprint Center, restaurants, Starbucks and a grocery store.

Not worth the cost for what you get
The room was ok. Really needs upgrade. Torn sheet and chair had so many peeling upholstery. Not enough plugs or charging outlets. Door to bathroom was awful sliding and very hard to slide. Towel rack fell off wall. Light fixture over table too low. The overnight costs was very expensive not worth paying. I would not recommend.

Conveniently located for our downtown activities. Valet staff was great/friendly. Parts of our room were pretty worn and overall just “fine” for this price. Only 1 robe and it didn’t have a tie - not huge deal but just an example of attention to detail. Bed was comfy and room air controls were easy and quiet while running.

Nice luxury hotel with dumb design
I’ve stayed here twice, decided by location only. The shower is one of those half glass units, where you’re freezing while showering and water gets all over the floor. Such a dumb design. Also, no coffee in room unless you call them and have a Keurig sent up. That’s dumb too. Probably won’t stay here again for those reasons. Location is awesome though.
