North Phoenix Stay
The property was just as advertised. Very nice studio apartment. It does not have a full kitchen, but there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave and this worked just fine for me. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. Check-in communication was great. The neighborhood was quiet and there is easy freeway access. Overall, a very nice stay.

Fantastic Location
This Casita is a jewel. The room is so well organized, stocked with the necessities and very quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect with so many options for shopping, great restaurants and outdoor activities. Dana’s check-in details are very clear and she was quick to answer questions. I highly recommend Dana’s Casita.

A Desert Angel

Perfect for me
The casita was clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient for a visit with my son who lives nearby. The bus system in Phoenix is great for exploring the city and there are many stops for many routes near the casita. The host, Dana, was helpful and concerned about my comfort.

Hidden hideaway.

Little piece of solitude
I've needed to travel to Phoenix every couple of months or so for the last year. My first trip out, I stayed with Dana at Casa Kennedy after seeing those pictures of Dreamy Draw and the patio. I've stayed there ever since. The area is the absolute best, the scenery is gorgeous, the patio is so peaceful, and Dana is simply the warmest and most thoughtful host anyone could hope for. I just can't and won't stay anywhere else.
