Great location, helpful staff and good service, pool areas are good too. The actual room was quite dated, but clean and had everything you need. If you plan on staying in the room your whole stay, I’d recommend somewhere else - but if you’re in for the pool time, siteseeing, and great restaurant options close by, I’d absolutely recommend the Plaza! We got an insane deal booking a package thru Expedia, so especially for the price I am extremely satisfied.

Everyone at this resort was so nice and the staff was excellent. Ask for Sandra at the restaurant and Derek for your shuttle driver.

I love the whole resort, I had the villa in the back and I couldn’t believe how many bugs I had to kill even a big big flying roach it looked like scared the heck outta me so many crickets in the room but def a nice room

Nice staff but whole place needs renovating.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was pretty clean. The decor however was awful. I don't think my room had been updated since the 80s. Everything was brown and it had a weird smell. It was dark too and the AC was so loud.

It's a great place with lots to do. The gym is phenomenal, and I also liked the pool area. It was too hot for me to enjoy too much outdoor activity, so while the tennis court and other areas looked great, I didn't try them. The indoor area near the lobby was very relaxing, and there were great places to chill with a book. Only critique? I came to Phoenix for a funeral, and ended up having to stay an extra day. When I went to the front desk and in order to add a day, they told me I would have to do it online. This may have been due to how I reserved the room or some other reason but I ended up going online and getting a room closer to the airport for my final night. It would have been a lot easier for me if they just took my money right there, to be honest.
