Another stay is questionable
Room floors have not been sanitized or cleaned in quite some time. (Stayed on the Tru side which doesn’t have carpet) Wiped up water on the floor and towel turned black from the dirt!! Orange discoloration on the bottom of the shower door from the water. (should have taken pics) Departed for a super flight and the representative at the desk didn’t even acknowledge us. Breakfast had a variety of options and beds were comfortable.

A very nice hotel! The TV displaying my name was cute. The alarm clock by the bed was set for 6 a.m. so that was an unexpected wake up call on vacation

It was fabulous. Everyone was so nice. The breakfast was great. The rooms were excellent. The beds were excellent. I was disappointed the pool was not able to be used. Nice sitting areas to relax. Looking forward to come next March and stay there as planned.

It was everything that was stated on your site; however both my wife and I woke with horrible back aches.’I think the hee was too hard for us. For this reason alone, I would not stay at this hotel again. Unless we get a good nights rest,, a stay at any hotel gets panned.

A good location away from traffic, noise and crowds but with a lot of restaurants, shops and entertainment around. Most of the staff is well trained in basic skills, pleasant and receptive to the customer needs. A great place to stay in Scottsdale.
