It was very good, the staff and service was exceptional, especially thank you to Add and Bank. The only thing is the location, as it is located on a steep hill, but they have shutter bus .

The staff were all amazing, friendly and great with kids. They have clearly been trained well. At busy times in the restaurant you could see they had a lot to do but they were all so helpful and patient. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for a family. When walking round staff were visible including the manager to help if needed. The breakfast was superb. I would definitely go back.

It's a reasonable hotel if you plan to spend most of your days at the beach or sightseeing, but it's not really a resort . Breakfast is reasonable and staff is friendly. Pool area would benefit from a renovation. It's a steep uphill walk so keep in mind of you are traveling with older or younger people.

enjoyed the swimming pool the people check in and check out check in host. His name was shopper was very helpful. We ate breakfast and had a few dinners very good. We utilize the swim up bar which was convenient and had a good selection of cocktails. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean, the hotel location although up on the hill was in a very good location and easy access to the beach in downtown area, had a great time. And the local restaurants in the town and coffee were excellent.

Very average stay at Novotel Kata. Had multiple issues with access cards. Construction be conducted during the day with excessive use of power tools and noise. Staff expected tips at every opportunity. I will not be staying here again, Unhappy guest
