The room was dirty and cleaning equipment was left behind when we arrived. Also construction noise began before 8am and was ear piercing. Additionally the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine. If we were not exhausted from our late flight, I would have complained and found another hotel. Also, most of the hotel including amenities are blocked off due to renovations. Highly disappointing.

Cute hotel close to the airport
It was lovely, other than construction on the hotel causing some loud noises my over all comfort was great. Loved the airport transportation as well

The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations that we were never informed about. So there was no restaurant, just a snack area, and no restaurants near the hotel. The room was good and clean but we should have been told about what else to expect during our stay.

This hotel should not be open and Hotels.com should change the rating that comes up as 8 Very Good. It is under construction. The self parking lot is across the street, on the 4th level and the elevators do not work. The restaurant, bar and pool were not open. The photos are MISLEADING There is no security, anyone can walk in an use the elevator to go to any floor. Floor and rooms are tired. The car fire in front of the hotel was not the staffs fault, but they way they handled it, not warning people and standing watching it was very poor

Due to major renovation this hotel should not be open. Reception area majorly comprised & due to construction noise could not speak with receptionist. Room tired & in need of upgrade. Would not stay here again

Front desk service was poor. Gave us a room with shower tap not working. TV remote not working. Had to change room after settling in. Pool was closed with no notice at the time of booking. Hotel was rated 4 start but should be rated 1 star.

Run down but clean
The place is worn down. I waited over half an hour in line to check in (at 11:30pm!). Lots of noise from construction and nearby service staircase made for a poor night's sleep. Bathroom faucet didn't work well. Bathroom was old. It was clean though.
