Eh. Location is the only real good thing.
Hotel is starting to feel VERY run down. Some major upgrades to the rooms and building itself are needed. Beds were hard and made a ton of noise, mini fridge was loud, back room in the 2 bedroom was HOT and the light flickered. The bathrooms fan was broke, the shower curtain did nothing to stop water getting on the floor, feel were black after walking around. The whole room felt dingy and old.

No frills good value for the money. I had $8.39 of one key cash so it only cost $38 for the night. I stayed in a King room # 503 and thought it had a great view. Sodas and water from the vending machine only cost $1.

Comfortable Economic Option
We just needed a night to sleep while we enjoyed Pigeon Forge. This fit us well. No frills, clean and comfortable. A/C worked great. Parking is around back, across the street. The hotel is right on the strip so you likely will hear the cars. Hair dryer didn’t work and they informed us that they did not have a spare. I will stay again when in a similar situation.

The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft. The lighting in the room was not very good. The light between the beds reflected on the TV so it could not be on by watching TV. Bathroom had been started to be remodeled, but it was like they stopped and just threw the stuff up there. It still needs a lot of work. Indoor pool was not available.

I am disappointed with hotels.coms. I had a reservation for 10/18-20 at Mountain Vista Inn & Suites. I had to cancel and tried unsuccessfully since 10/8. You should be able to see my chats in the help section, and I called the hotel directly. I could not find the phone number on the hotels.com website until today. When I spoke with the representative, Jerry, he was very helpful and said that I will receive a 1 day refund. I'm disappointed to lose the payment for the first day, since I have tried in earnest to cancel well in advance. If there is any way I could get a refund for the 1st day as well, I would be very grateful.

There was a hole in the wall, the whole place was dirty, the A/C barely did anything, the staff was rude, the elevator was closed at a very inconvenient time, the parking was inconvenient and unsafe, the kept trying to up-charge us on everything, the pool was unheated

Fit our needs
The room fit our group and was very nice to have everyone in one room. There was not enough room on the balcony to sit. Room was clean and the staff was very accommodating.

Our second time staying here and will always be where we stay. 5 minute walk to the island is the best part but super convenient to a lot of things to do. This time we booked the king with jacuzzi and wasn’t disappointed!!! Very spacious room and jacuzzi was an awesome plus!

Almost clean
Room looked clean at first. However, the amount of dust on the ceiling fan was horrible. Also dirty cobwebs on the ceiling so they had been there a while. Still will stay again as the location is excellent but expect more from their staff.

I always do a inspection of my room an right it down all the problems.lights in rooms didn’t work light fixtures missing was missing in one room no lights in it had use iPhone light to see other bed room one light on head board othe missing a couple of outlets didn’t work. Door going to the bathroom between rooms was messed up after you close it wouldn’t open up had to good thorough other bedroom.. the couch had to put towels down to sit on it.like said I wrote down my inspection report and gave it to them at check and took them this room need fixed. Plus this hotel charge me 10.00 dollars for room clean that wasn’t right did ask and I never seen I anything done to it.they supposed to clean when we leave or if we ask. Plus no water pressure in shower an sticky floors. It was wroth what it paid for my family and granddaughter.. a big 0
