We arrived a little after 4 she was told our room was not ready it would be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later still nothing. Had to wait in line again to be moved rooms. Please note the pictures on this website are outdated. Decent breakfast but the wait to make your own waffle was unreal. Did not add up to the price we paid. The big hairball though was a complete turn off and made me want to hurl.

This area is great with plenty of food options. It would be a good area if the weather was warmer. We went when it was cold so not to much walking around. Our room was not the cleanliness. I did like that the room had a fridge and a microwave.

This was not my first stay at The Ramsey and I return to this hotel because I like it so much. The lobby exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere and the staff are all friendly. We also appreciate the breakfast selection.

Hallway areas on 5th floor dirty… never saw housekeeping. Ran out if body wash in shower… they brought us a half a bottle to replace… ceiling in hallway with what looked like mold. Front desk staff very loud talking about personal life to two other workers while trying to check in. Elevators ceiling falling in. They were doing renovations 2 years ago when I stayed and thought it would be nice… room wasn’t “ ready” after being told to come back in an hour. Went back at 430( 30 min) after check in time and was told room wasn’t ready. Got moved to different room after he had to call and see if it was “ guest ready” 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no extra and body wash was empty in shower. Nit guest ready

I stayed there for my son birthday he wanted mount coaster and a few other things in mountain. We got this place because of its location. It’s located in center of pigeon Forge. The breakfast starts way too late. We are early birds and we had lots of plans so we would start our day early and eat else where. Room condition is very loud. The showers were not clean. A few times at a pool we had to wait for the towels so we wished we brought our own but we like using the one hotel provides so we won’t do laundry every day. The stuff was nice and friendly but it definitely in need of improvement in building. The pool water was pretty cold for a heated pool.

Wonderfully decorated for the holidays
We had a spur of the moment family reunion of sorts for Thanksgiving weekend. The staff of the Ramsey were incredibly helpful and personable .The decor for the holidays was wonderful. The pool water could have been warmer but we made do.
