Hotel is currently being remodeled which is all week and good however many areas are covered in dust and not accessible but yes same rate are charged. I had an elderly relative stay here due to her ac breaking at her house. The phones in the rooms do not work which for a guest who isn't cell phone savy is no good. The downstairs lobby area is covered in dust from remodeling which can be a major issue for those with health issues. The pool was closed. To access rooms you must leave the gown and use a side entrance. Staff was nice enough but unhelpful.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and parking was also. Plenty of areas nearby to shop and to eat. It was very convenient.

Worst Experience Ever.
Profoundly disappointing. Excessive construction causing us to have to walk outside to get to front desk. Did not pay for low end motel experience but that is what we got. Woke up at 9AM to loud construction banging. No notice hotel was under extensive remodeling. Pool closed. Wi-Fi weak. No housekeeping. No hot water. So bad and so overpriced.

Great stay!
Excellent stay! The hotel is currently under renovation but it didn’t affect our stay at all. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean. My kids enjoyed the pool. All in all - we’d recommend it!

When we checked our room was located in the construction area and the room was old and noisy when we complained to the front desk we were given a brand new renovated room which was very nice. We were very happy at that point except we could still hear the noise from the construction and kids running around screaming. Overall, it was a good experience once we were moved to one of the newly constructed rooms.

It was horrible under construction the water was rusted dirty! The noise due to being under construction was loud they started again the next day at 9! The bed was very uncomfortable! The food they served was limited and ok nothing to talk about! Could not wait to get out

The pool was closed and we explained that's why we chose the hotel to stay and we were given a full refund, including the night we stayed. That was very generous and appreciated. I'll stay again. It must me difficult to find pool upkeep people.

there were stains on the bench in our room. it sounded like someone was holding a wrestling match upstairs. we ordered dinner through doordash and I think another guest of the hotel stole most of my order. I know that should not be the hotels fault but I could not wait to get out of there. I did not feel comfortable there.

The reason we booked this hotel, the pool, was closed due to maintenance. There was very limited parking due to renovations starting the next day (which we were not made aware of before booking) and the staff, minus the front desk attendant when we checked in, were rude.
