Breakfast Staff was amazing and building workers were as well. Front desk staff could work on hospitality check in early in the morning and we were tired but greeting was not the best. Check out could have been better as well. just not as friendly as i would hope for. over all i would stay again.

Springhill Suites Vorhees
I came to the area for a funeral. Upon entering my first room, the remote for the TV didnt work. All i could do was turn the TV on...couldn't change any channels, see the quide, or change the volume. I tried a new remote from the front desk which also didn't work. The young lady at the front desk got me into a new room. Everything in the new room worked perfectly. However...my new room was across the hall from what I believe was a shared room. There was a large family staying across from me with a lot of children who, let's just say, weren't on their best behavior. They ran up and down the halls yelling at each other, held the room doors open and talked very loudly, yelled to the room next to them rather than call them or walk down the hall to the actual room. This went on till about 11:00 PM and then it all started right back up again at 5:00 AM. They all behaved the same way at breakfast as well. Seems like staff could've at least said something to them. The pool is closed for repairs. There's no notification of that upon booking the room. There should at least be a way to indicate that when choosing a hotel room.

We went for a softball tournament which means we stayed in the hotel approx 12 hours, to sleep and get breakfast and cost us $370. Kids were excited about the pool, get there and a sign says pool is out of service, get to the room, found a pill on the floor, multiple hair clumps, I checked for bugs in the cracks of the mattress and when I lifted the mattress there was trash between them. Toilet was clogged when we went to flush it and then were handed a plunger to do it ourselves. Shower was scalding hot which is great for my allergies but the drain was broken so I couldn't plug it up to add to the steam. Paint was peeling, carpet was untacked from the floor. Curtain was filthy. You really need to consider a partial refund. We only came there for the pool, thanks for the disappointment. My 7 year old even left a note for the staff which is sad, she doesn't understand we stayed in a scam hotel.

We were immediately greeted with a genuine smile at check-in and were able to choose from several spots for parking. Breakfast was pretty standard but there was a waffle-maker! (yum) We were able to slept peacefully our whole stay and check-out was super fast.

I was very upset when me and my children shown up in our swim suits ready to swim on easter even after telling the lady at the front desk. She didnt tell me the pool was closed til after we paid and then refused me a refund on easter! Thanks for disappointing my children on a holiday when i could of went and got another room elsewhere!
