Great location. Near public transportation to go around the city. Historical atmosphere. Everything was limited because of Xmas holidays. The front desk staff need to be more attentive and stop complaining about their jobs in front of customers making us feel bad to make you work during the holidays. Direct texting was very helpful to ask questions. $25 food and beverage credit will be absorbed when you eat at one of the restaurants and charge it to the room.

The hotel provided everything I needed for my stay. My room wasn't anything super fancy, but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean and functional. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The coffee shop and restaurant in the downstairs of the hotel were a very convenient addition for guests.

I had a girls weekend with the bestie for my birthday while she was in town, and they gave us two slices of complimentary chocolate raspberry cake to celebrate! It was such a small but very sweet gesture! I appreciated that and the food credit that came with the room! I got myself an emergency panini from palm court for dinner since the dinner I got from another local restaurant was so bad! The room was stunning, the food was yummy, the location was perfect, and the valets were very helpful! Don’t forget to sign up for a loyalty account for free wifi too! It was so worth it!
