Great stay! Friendly staff, clean amenities, the only issue was that they were having issues with their hot water supply so showers were lukewarm at best! I am sure that was a temporary issue. Highly recommend otherwise.

We really do like this place but management was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to honor her commitment to us. We booked the presidential suite and were looking forward to that specific room. Unfortunately, we were told 2 days before our trip (18 days after booking) that they couldn't honor our pre-paid stay due to overbooking. The manager offered a different room but it wasn't comparable to what we booked. She said she couldn't comp our room but agreed to provide a voucher for another stay to make up for the error. I accepted this resolution and was prepared to put the situation behind us and enjoy our stay and return visit. When we arrived, we learned they booked us 2 rooms for the same night. When we explained to the front desk that this was not what was offered and that we didn't need 2 rooms for the same night, they contacted the front desk supervisor. He called us later that evening to tell us that the manager said we needed to use both rooms that night and that they couldn't provide a voucher for another night. We ran into the manager later that night who told me she never agreed to the voucher for another night and never said that word at all to me. It is very disappointing and disheartening that she would tell me I was mistaken and not honor her commitment to us to make this situation right. If she honored her commitment, I would have rated this hotel positively but she was willing to throw away a long time customer for what amounts to around $150.

I'll be back.
The entire staff was amazing. Exceptional professionalism, service, and very pleasant to interactions. The room was comfortable as was the bed provided. This room was likely the quietest I've ever stayed in. The bathroom sink was a bit awkward - shape, size, placement. Great location with regard to eating establishments. Fitness room was very clean and equipped.

This hotel did not even have any toiletries and the phone was not working, although the hotel staff tried their best to help me, but I rather stay at ramada inn or holiday inn. the bathroom and the sink or so small and I paid $137 for this crappy room

Very poor service
Reserved a Jr suite. Room was not available at check in and staff did not have the ability to correct. Was downgraded and charged full price for the downgrade. Entire hotel is concrete. Floors, ceilings, walls. I get the industrial vibe, but this was more like an oversized prison cell. Very little light and the A/C could not keep up with the room. Manager was never available during check in or checkout. We will never be back.
