The Space:
This beautiful and spacious apartment inside The Shore offers guests an incredibly stylish getaway to the Mexican Caribbean. Located just a block from Coco Beach and just steps to the famous 5th Avenue where you’ll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutique and souvenir shops and plenty of people-watching! You’ll be in one of the coolest neighborhoods in all of Playa, Zazil-ha and walking distance to a line up of beach clubs like Las Hijas, Mandarinas, Martina, Coralina, Mamitas, Kool, Coralina & Grand Hyatt where you can spend the day soaking in the sun and fun!

This place is a vacation paradise! From the minute you enter The Shore you’ll feel relaxed as the complex is filled with tranquil fountains and lush tropical scenery. You certainly won’t need a car but if you have one, you’ll have free parking on-premise in the underground parking lot. There are fantastic amenities too like the rooftop pool and sky bar lounge, a modern fitness center, elevators, and a prime location in Playa del Carmen!
You’re just steps away too, from the famous 5th Avenue where you can grab a coffee at the local cafe and chocolateria called Ah Cacao. Or head to Starbucks if it’s more familiar, which is also just up the road. Everything you need is just a short walk or drive. There’s even a Walmart nearby. Plus so many other fabulous things to see and do around Playa del Carmen -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like scuba and snorkeling, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes unique to this area!), private yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more!

Getting Around:
The condo is about 54 km or 33.5 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in The Shore at 46th Condo building. (Note: 46th Street is known to the locals as “CTM Avenue” (Pronounced /SEH-Tay-Eh-MAY/) There’s an underground parking lot with free parking at the complex if you’re renting a car, making it very convenient! And if you are driving around downtown, just remember there are parking meters you must pay to park and display your parking ticket on the dashboard of your car. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located, you won’t really need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

This 2375-square-foot condo at The Shore is on the 5-floor and has 3 comfortably stylish bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath on the terrace and can accommodate 6 guests.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to a maintenance issue, the private rooftop pool cannot currently be filled to its full capacity and will remain half-full.

It is strictly prohibited to hang any clothing or towels on the balcony. Violation of this rule can lead to fines ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 MXN. Note that these fines may apply even if you are not present at the time when the report is made.
Wi-Fi and cable/satellite TV, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.
We have a concierge team that’s happy to recommend the best restaurants and activities in the area, help you with a car or bike rentals, book day tours, and even stock your fridge with provisions for your stay! If you need an airport transfer, we can help with that also! Just let us know!
There is no daily housekeeping service however the unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
The cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
A security deposit of $500 USD is required upon your arrival and the amount will be returned to you before you check out, provided there’s no damage or anything requiring repair due to an incident during your stay.
Please note that electricity in Playa del Carmen is very expensive! There is a charge of 6 pesos per kW for stays longer than 6 nights. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always shut off the air conditioning before leaving the house as it consumes the most.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
Some home and bath essentials are provided like toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo & conditioner. Any other supplies needed during your stay must be brought onsite by the guest.
Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No music devices are permitted in the pool area or common areas.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Interaction with Guests:
The reception will help get you checked-in and registered. Then just head to unit #405 and access the keys inside the lockbox with the code. The lockbox code is provided to you 24 hours before arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything - just send us a message on this booking platform and someone from our team will answer!
