Food and cocktails are a little pricey, but all on the level. Easy beach access, towels and umbrellas are included for hotel guests. Don't get a poolside room, the music will affect your peace lol. Looking forward to coming back.

My stay was absolutely lovely! The checkin and checkout processes were smooth and I even received a complementary upgrade on my suite! I valued the safety procedure of having keycard and elevator access only to your respective floor. The restaurants were exquisite! And I truly appreciated the vegetarian and vegan dining options available.the casino and night club were such a blast! I got to meet new people and entertain myself throughout the night with all of these amenities. I look forward to my next visit and I can’t wait to try out their spa!

The hotel is so beautiful and tropical! Love the layout. My only two complaints are that one, the receptionist did not let us know about the other features that the hotel has to offer for example (there’s a night club within the resort) and two, upon checking out, I was told I was going to be charged more than what I was told upon checking in. (Keep in mind, I checked out at 10:30am). The guy couldn’t give me an explanation why I was told a different price when I was checking in versus at checkout. Very disappointing.

The staff at the front desk was amazing! They cleaned our room every day! The entire staff was amazing! Very relaxing! The hotel was the absolute best!! We will definitely be back next year!!

We visit this property twice a year which is why it’s unfortunate we are unable to give the usual 5 star. Our room was clean housekeeping staff excellent. What we found disturbing was the construction zone we had to stay in. We love to see a property improve its look but for the relaxation we desperately needed it was a miss. Also we plan our outings in such a way we get to enjoy life outside hotel as well as inside. This trip was very different, the hours time of day evening we planned to enjoy hotel amenities we could not. There was an area blocked off for a wedding, there was a poolside area blocked off for a band in which guests at hotel could purchase metal tiny table with 2 chairs for $375 or a comfy loveseat for $975.00. We decided to lounge on our balcony where we witnessed a young boy drown in the rough wave and an hour or so of search and rescue. The young boy was not rescued and our hearts remain heavy for the entire family especially the you boys brother who we visibly was able to see his efforts to save his brother. We may consider sliding down to the Vanderbilt next trip.

Our air conditioning in our room kept breaking over and over. Took forever to get it fixed. Then it broke a handful more times. It didn’t go below 68 and it was hard to sleep. And the shower door doesn’t close all the way so water is all over the floor. They need better rooms for the price

I absolutely loved the hotel was off the beach. And the room was very spacious and the air!!! Is off the chain!! Now for what I didnt like! Everything is way too expensive for how much you pay to stay. There is an additional $100 a night deposit, and that’s not mentioned prior to arrival!! Also they host a lot of weddings which is great! But it limits your access to pools bathrooms and entrances. Also there is a lot of construction around, which I also think should be mentioned, because a city view becomes a view of construction workers, equipment and noise!
