Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Jacky. Le Logement est parfaitement équipé et propre et l'emplacement est idéal ( proche commerces et mer ). Jacky est un hôte accueillant et très gentil. Nous recommandons !

Superbe séjour
Mon épouse et moi avons loué ce gîte en septembre 23 et les résultats furent à la hauteur de nos attentes.Gîte grand,propre,lumineux et situé près de la digue promenade et des commerces tout en demeurant reposant. Plusieurs belles marches sur cette digue au coucher du soleil.Plages immenses aux eaux turquoises.M. Martin prépare très bien l’accueil.Bravo!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Pléneuf-Val-André verbracht. Das Ferienhaus war blitzsauber und sehr komfortabel, Jacky ein sehr zugewandter Vermieter. Die Lage ist perfekt, der wunderbar flache und saubete Strand um die Ecke genau wie der schöne Ort mit interessanten Geschäften und guten Restaurants. Empfehlenswert auch die wöchentlichen Veranstaltungen des " Jazz à l'Amirauté" im Sommer. Sehr gerne wieder!

Maison parfaite idéalement placée
La maison est tres belle et très bien équipée. Elle est idéalement placée, 1 min à pied de la belle plage de Val André. En pleine centre, à côté aussi des commerces et restaurants. Le propriétaire est très sympathique! Simplement parfait!!!

Situation idéale et propriétaire très à l'écoute
Le logement est parfaitement équipé. Très spacieux. A proximité des commerces et de la plage. Propreté irréprochable. La lingerie au rdc permet un entretien du linge très pratique. Le seul petit bémol est l'accès du garage (il faut manœuvrer pour entrer) mais nous avons pu garer notre break familial.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet sowie nett und ordentlich eingerichtet. Sie bietet viel Platz und stets angenehmen Temperaturen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt bei der belebten Strandpromenade mit aktivem Nachtleben. Eine Bäckerei und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le Val André (très proche des commerces, cafés, restaurants et de la plage). Il est également très bien équipé, joliment décoré et sa place de garage est vraiment très pratique pour ne pas se soucier de trouver une place et faciliter les chargements et déchargements. Enfin, Jacky est un hôte très sympathique ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
