New 40 m2 apartment on the 1st floor of a recently renovated building with lift and 16 m2 terrace overlooking the bay of Douarnenez.
On the 1st floor, 1 WC, 1 living room with fitted kitchen, sofa bed 140, TV corner, WIFI.
This room opens onto a terrace furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs, facing the sea with a view of the Cap de la Chèvre (Crozon peninsula) on one side and Douarnenez (Pointe du Raz) on the other. From this location you can enjoy the wonderful sunset over the bay.
On the 2nd level, 1 large bedroom with skylight overlooking the bay, 1 bathroom with WC.

A little piece of Heaven in Brittany
The second time in two years we’ve stayed here, and its still a beautiful place. Franchise Fontaine and Stephanie are two of the nicest people to deal with. Their communication and service to customers is faultless. The apartment is very well furnished, the views from the patio are stupendous and the beach is to die for. We found this property online through Home and Away, and cannot fault anything from reservation to booking and arrival and departure. My Labrador thinks its her second home !!! If Brexit doesn’t happen, we will return !!!

The Best Views in France
The apartment was really well appointed, the views from the patio were stunning, especially the sunsets. The beach was 50 metres from our accommodation, and our dog loved it, being able to run and play. The cleanest beach we have been on, no plastics, no rubbish, because the French take away their litter !!! Our week was very relaxing, and there was a fabulous restaurant just 200 metres away called Le Grande Bleu. Considering that we chose this off the internet, it was a jewel of a find !! We will return here again !!!!

Fantastic location
Excellent property, well equipped and very clean. The beach is stunning and less than a minutes walk from the property. Although there are a couple of restaurants nearby there are no shops so a car is essential.

Un séjour enchanteur
Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans un appartement très agréable, une vue magnifique, des couchers de soleil sur la mer inoubliable. La terrasse est spacieuse et bien meublée. L'appartement est très bien équipé, tout confort. L'ambiance est très cosy. On se sent chez soi. La propriétaire est soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes. La décoration est harmonieuse. On a été enchantés et nous y retournerons dès que possible.

"un petit coin de paradis"
Nous avons occupé cet appartement entre le 27/08/2022 et le 3/09/2022. Le bien correspondait entièrement à la description. Sa situation permet de visiter la presqu'île de Crozon facilement ainsi que la Sud Finistère. Plage magnifique et promenade tous les jours. De la terrasse, tous les soirs nous avons eu le plaisir de voir un magnifique coucher de soleil.

Das Objekt liegt sehr schön und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kurz vor der Anreise wurde noch mitgeteilt, dass pro Bett EUR 25 für die Bezüge anfallen, ausser man bringt sie selber mit. Am Ende wurde noch EUR 50 für die Reinigung verlangt, ausser mal putzte selber und hinterlässt die Wohnung 'makellos' - was heisst das schon. Das fanden wir nicht ok, zumal in der Beschreibung nichts davon zu finden ist.
