Come and discover this charming single-storey house just a stone's throw from the pretty port of Portsall.
As you enter the house, you will find a large living room with a lounge and an open plan fitted kitchen.
You then take the corridor to access the WC, the bathroom with shower and the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200), the second bedroom is composed of 2 twin beds (90x200) which can therefore make a double bed (180x200).
The garden is fully fenced, ideal for children or pets. There is also a pleasant terrace for lunch or dinner.
The house is located 800m from the small harbour of Portsall, which has many shops (Portsall fishery, Proxi, bakery, restaurants...). For water sports enthusiasts, the Portsall sailing club is in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area also offers magnificent spots for windsurfing, kite-surfing, surfing, winging, paddling... If you are more of a beach person, beautiful white sandy beaches are within easy reach.
