Hotel antigo, precisa de reforma. Equipe e infraestrutura não preparada para a quantidade de hóspedes do final de semana. Faltou taça, prato, talher. Quarto precisa de reforma. 2 noites é uma manhã tomando banho frio. Roupa de banho e cama muito desgastada. Esperava mais pelos reviews que eu vi e pelas fotos.

Já foi melhor, porém nessa última estadia o serviço como um todo, caiu muito… As opções de alimentação eram bem fracas, tanto para os petiscos quanto no almoço, inclusive as opções de sobremesas. Deixei meu filho com a turma Kids de recreação e encontrei ele jogando futebol com a turma Teen, ou seja, uma criança de 5 anos “jogando” futebol com crianças na faixa dos 10 anos, qdo vi retirei meu filho do jogo e os recreadores conversando entre si e mexendo no celular! Nenhum deles pediu para que eu me identificasse para retirar meu filho, simplesmente o segurei pela mão e sai, Ou seja, nada confiável a recreação. Fora outros contratempos que tivemos por falha no serviço do hotel. Sinceramente, era um local que eu gostava de ir, porém definitivamente deixou de ser uma opção de hospedagem em Poços de Caldas para mim.

Tivemos pontos positivos e negativos durante a nossa estadia, chegamos em uma segunda-feira e saímos num sábado, durante os dias de semana o resort estava longe de estar lotado. Recebemos no check-in o quarto 1012, a localização dessa ala de quartos é péssima, no primeiro andar onde todos os hóspedes precisam passar para ir e vir do restaurante, então tínhamos gente gritando na porta do nosso quarto das 7 da manhã até a 1 da madrugada, os da madrugada totalmente embriagados, os da manhã crianças em polvorosa para aproveitar o dia, resumindo não dava pra descansar mesmo tendo levado tampões de ouvido. Mas o pior desse quarto foi ele estar fedendo a mofo, um cheiro extremamente forte, não queríamos deixar a janela aberta pq como o quarto não tinha cofre e era no primeiro andar ficamos com receio de alguém pular para dentro do quarto e mexer em nossos objetos pessoais, mas não teve jeito, a única forma de melhorar o cheiro era deixar a janela aberta o tempo todo, e graças a Deus não tivemos intercorrências de furto. Nas fotos vou colocar a situação que estavam as paredes de mofo. As toalhas, lençóis e cobre leitos eram bem judiados, com manchas. Quanto a comida e bebida tudo certo. Os funcionários são educados. A paisagem é muito bonita. As piscinas com certeza precisam de maior manutenção e limpeza diária. Mas pelo preço cobrado na estadia, acredito que em termos de quarto deixou bastante a desejar, não sei como são os outros quartos do resort, mas minha experiência não foi leg

Reservei um quarto acreditando que fosse aproveitar um dia num “resort”, com todo conforto já experimentado em outras oportunidades. No entanto, não tinha conhecimento da precariedade do quarto que ficamos. Não tinha noção da necessidade de subir de escadas para chegar ao quarto. Além disso, ao chegarmos no quarto estava com cheiro de esgoto, com a roupa de cama suja, um local sem os móveis adequados… nem o controle do ar condicionado estava no quarto. Além de a engenharia do banheiro ser bem peculiar (e ruim). No mais, o restaurante, as áreas dos bares são legais, mas as instalações de hospedagem, pelo menos o que nós ficamos, não atenderam as nossas expectativas. Espero que o hotel promova melhores informações aos usuários, esclarecendo as precariedades das instalações.

Por ser Cassino e all inclusive, entendo que o bar é o cassino deveria ser até mais tarde. Finalizar as 23h é muito cedo, quando se diz respeito a jogos de cartas. O atendimento do bar não segue padrão. A programação da recreação adulto não teve conforme passado. A limpeza é atendimento da ajuda com as malas excelente.

É para familia!
É um lugar muito animado, todos os funcionários são extremamente educados e solicitos. O pessoal da recreação é muito legal. Comidas e bebidas são excelentes, tudo muito farto e fresquinho. Mas poderiam investir um pouco mais nos quartos, melhorar a acústica deles e o banheiro que não possuia tranca. Ouvimos a madrugada toda um hóspede roncar e qualquer conversa do quarto ao lado.

Hotel ideal para casal com crianças (todas as idades) Ele tem uma estrutura muito boa , com várias piscinas climatizadas e outras aquecidas. Bebida ilimitada o dia todo ,bem como as refeições e petiscos . Ponto negativo para mim foi o som muito alto das piscinas , que chegavam aos quartos e corredores. Faltou no hotel uma sala de lazer.. com algumas poltronas ou sofás para uma leitura .

O quarto é confortável. Fui com meu marido, filho e sobrinha. O banheiro não tem parede, o que nos deixou bem desconfortável. A parte do box e sanitário tem porta, mas não tranca. Tinhamos que avisar quando utilizavamos o banheiro. A pia para escovar os dentes é exposta e não há lugar para trocar de roupa, trocavamos na parte do sanitário. Em relação a refeição, não há variedades. Meu filho teve dificuldades para comer. Os frangos e carnes vinham com molhos peculiares.molho de mostarda, laranja, vinho.... Acho que poderia vir normal e deixar o molho separado, quem quiser pega. A infraestrutura é excelente. Recreação e lazer para todas as idades. Recreadores excelentes. Lanches e bebidas durante o dia todo à vontade. Piscinas aquecidas. Voltaria novamente.

Hotel ideal para familia com crianças. As piscina são aquecidas e agradáveis e o all inclusive é excelente. Ainda carece de atenção em alguns detalhes, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Ficamos 3 noites e, mesmo com tempo ruim, conseguimos aproveitar bastante. A equipe de entretenimento precisa de mais atenção com as crianças de 7 a 12 anos, mas a recreação para os adultos é muito agradável.
